They are the best mince pies this year. You should have opened them and ate them their and then!!!
I was rushing to catch the tube and now I am really wishing I had cos the day was a bit of a mare all round..

This is genius! I love the bins but hate the feeling of the thick icing.
My work gave me a £25 M&S voucher yesterday, everyone was talking about buying bras or a scarf. I was thinking “how much cheese can I get for that?”
dont get selection box cheese.. always a rip off.. better to buy a selection.. just a tip

I've just been in this morning and the Santa's workshop tin is half price now - £5. They had loads to shift in mine! Also had a browse at the Christmas desserts. Nothing really stood out. I considered the snowman and Santa mousse cakes for the kids, but ended up with the Best Ever yule log, as it seemed a lot more cake for the money! I am done with M&S until after Christmas now, may the force be with any of you who are braving it nearer to the big day!

Just popped into the station M&S on way to catch a train. Offering the £4 lunch deal….crisps, drink, sandwich from a very limited selection but I was happy enough with my choice. Until got to the till and it’s gone up to £6 😳 called the woman over and she went ‘oh yeah, that’s changed now we need to change the signs really’ err yes. Thought she’d offer to give me it at the original advertised price but not she just stood there looking blankly at me. Had a choice to pay or starve as needed to catch my train so couldn’t be bothered to argue/wait for a manager, so I paid and ran but I feel totally done paying £6 for a ham and coleslaw sandwich, a little bottle of water and some crisps I didn’t even want but bought because meal deal. Sort it out M&S. 😡

The M&S & the Lidl bakery give me chills ! One look at all those uncovered pastries makes me queasy, I know what filthy pigs the general public are ! I have to cut the exposed end off if I buy a French stick - just in case grubby fingers have been on it. Although, I am a dramatic Germaphobe.

Keep you power Hen💎

When I was in Booths the other day there was a teen boy purposefully coughing over the uncovered pastries. He only stopped when his friend noticed me about to come over and bollock him one, and told him to pack it in. Nasty little bleeping scrote. Never ever ever will you catch me buying from the bakery sections.

Of course the day I finally decide to get the surf and turf rolls, they sell out by the time I get there 😅 I got the katsu sando instead, which was really nice (it's Christmas, so I'm ignoring the price of it 🤣🤣)

Also picked up a few of the party food bits, for dinner including the New York deli spring rolls which I hadn't seen before- I have a feeling they're going to be a repeat buy 😋

I think my local (very large, very new) store has messed up on their festive stock ordering. Enquired about festive sourdough today, told it’s gone and won’t be coming back. Same as the cookies. Was no Christmas stuff really left…it’s only the 20th!! Maybe I’m horrible, but it annoys me as well there is no loyalty to regular customers. Sparks is so crap. I probably shop in M&S 2-3 a week all year round cos there is no alternative in my area (no Waitrose, Sainsbury’s…our next ‘nice’ shop is Tesco) but there’s no reward. Then you’re trying to get past people who literally venture in to the store once a year!!!

Word of warning. Do not buy this cheese! Stunk whole fridge out although stored in airtight container. Rich taste, nice on crackers but Christ, not bleeping worth it. Should have stuck to what I know and bought 2 packs of the elite Cornish Cruncher instead.

I buy the one in the plastic wrap occasionally and it does stink out the fridge even before it’s opened. I love it but it honks.
