Oh I’m bleeping livid at Faye. I don’t care what she’s been through. She doesn’t know what Teddy’s been through for her behaviour to make a grown man cry. No matter how bad you’ve been treated in the past it doesn’t warrant speaking to someone like they’re a piece of tit on your shoe. Being treated like tit doesn’t give you the right to speak to people like that. No bleeping wonder nobody wants to be with her if that’s how she reacts 😡

I’ve just seen “Ofcom” is trending and I’m pleased. I really hope that this can start a conversation around communication, gaslighting and abuse that woman can throw at men.

I don’t want Faye to be trolled, but there really does need to be a conversation around how she acted and the fact no one really stepped in to try and calm her down.

If the shoe had been on the other foot it would have 100% been stopped by another islander or a producer.
There was a post two days ago saying ofcom has recieved its highest number of complaints because of the teddy/Faye row. It’s gunna have gone off tonight 🤣

What a lot to take in! Some thoughts:
- when Faye walked with Teddy for a chat after the first few rounds of screaming, I think she had been took out of the situation and told to calm down by the producers. She went with him very quietly and willingly. She then kicked off. Again.
- agree with everyone saying it’s double standards, a man would not have been allowed to continue on like that.
- Liberty needs to do one. Far more concerned about if her boyfriend thinks she is fit, than the fact he stitched up every single one of her mates in there. Watching it back was even worse than I remember! Whoever said a few threads back she is the doormat mate who sticks with a cheating prick of a fella was 100% correct.
- chloe is perceptive and sees Jake for the snake he is and tries to point this out to Liberty…… who is still only concerned with if she is fit.
- think Teddy has been having a positive influence over certain islanders, especially Toby, who now seems to be able to understand the girls point of view. Good development there Toby. 8/10 for effort.
- I do think someone should have told Faye to shut the duck up for a minute, but can also see why absolutely no one did. Dale tried to play devils advocate and realised a fraction to late it was the worst decision since those turkey teeth.
- I changed my mind. Faye actually is a witch.
- Liam “she didn’t ask me”. God he is awful and why he isn’t getting slated more i don’t understand. I have actually lost a shred of respect for Millie for not sacking him off. Teddy could show her a good time.

Final thought. The saying of how other people react says a lot more about them than it does about you is very relevant in this situation. If Faye had spoken calmly to Teddy about why what she had seen had upset her so much, I really feel he would have listened, understood and apologised (doesn’t need to, but her would). She has created the narrative she wants to believe in her head of what happened and won’t be told otherwise, which really is very sad.

One of the women should of said something tbh. It was only dale and matthew that stood up to her, the quietest guys in the villa. But maybe they were scared? Also why is faye only a witch to the men? Tbh its better to ignore people like her, she'll just keep going on and on. But at the same time she carries on cause she knows people are intimidated.

I think it's telling that the only people who tried to talk to Faye about her reaction were 2 of the newest ones. Makes me think that the others knew not to talk to her when she's like that because they've already seen how she responds.

I'm on the fence on this.

Whilst seeing that clip of Teddy wouldn't necessarily have made me lose my rag as much as Faye did, I would still have been bloody annoyed with him, not so much for being attracted to someone else but for the fact he'd not said a single thing about it. The whole debacle with Jake would have quite possibly tipped me over the edge. I don't get why none of the other girls were annoyed by the gnome, are they all just such simps that they can't see how bad it was? Why was no one else calling Jake out?!

Jake's reaction to Faye was really unpleasant. Take it from someone who's been there, he's the sort of bloke who would react with his hands if a woman puts him down or calls him out on his behaviour. It's written all over his thick face.

I know that loads of you think Matt is great, but I found the bit with him and that utter bellend Liam sitting there and commenting (about how awful Faye's shouting and arguing was) so bloody misogynistic. Real overtones of how women should behave in a certain way etc. Can't bear either of them now.

But back to Faye.. thing is, she did say she didn't want to speak to Teddy. Shouldn't he have left it at that? Spoke to her tomorrow when she was sober and a calmer discussion could have ensued?

I'm no massive fan of Faye's at all and haven't ever wanted her to win (other than as a way to stop Jiberty) but from some posts on here tonight the level of horror at her behaviour is such that you'd think she'd killed someone. She got annoyed, at least part of which was justified, she lost her temper, shouted and swore. She said her bit. In some ways I think good for her. I'd rather do that than be totally passive like Millie who is allowing Liam to walk all over her and will do exactly the same the next time he cheats and the one after that.

They don't let us see everything. Im sure there was multiple conversations that didn't air. They've just shown the juiciest bits.

If any of you haven't watched the series UnReal its a good look at what goes on behind the scenes

I can see why they didn’t she must have been so intimidating blowing her lid like that. She was vile to Dale who seemed to just be trying to diffuse her a little bit. If a girl had stood up to her she’d have just turned around and laid into them. Plus I’m sure a lot of them didn’t want to get dragged into that drama as they have their own stuff to contend with.

Were we watching the same episode?
Faye was agrasive, abusive, belittling everyone, childish, did not allow Teddy to speak…did i mention AGRESSIVE!
She created a horrible situation for everyone in the Villa like an absolute tyrant

There is absolutely no justifiaction for Fayes behaviour….

Faye felt so stupid when teddy came back from casa amor by himself after she jumped to conclusions from that one picture on the postcard, and ever since has been dying to put any sort of blame on him.
This was her perfect opportunity to make him seem like the bad guy ESPECIALLY after the video was shown of her saying she didn’t find him funny etc. She so badly wants to be a victim it’s insane. People are out here feeling sorry for her saying she hasn’t “healed” from previous trauma is insane to me. Faye knows what TV show she is on very well and she is a 26 year old woman. She thinks she’s moving like a bad b right now who puts men in their place but omg will she be shocked when she eventually leaves. disgusting attitude.

He's too good for her, she's jealous and can't bare to think a guy she likes finds other women attractive! She has such massive insecurity issues.... he's given her enough chances and she's just taken any single little thing and flipped on him. I hope for his sake he doesn't take her back, imagine what she will be like on the outside. It's abuse.

I don’t tell my husband if I find another guy attractive and I’m not naive enough to think he doesn’t find other women attractive. I can tell if he does, but I don’t rage. I’ll either not say anything or pass a joke like yeah I saw that ass too. I wouldn’t be annoyed if he didn’t tell me- if anything I wouldn’t want to know as it’s just innocent attraction.

Exactly!! And if she’s not “healed” why come on a show that’s all about finding ‘love’??? It’s stupid, using the same sob story about her past if it was that bad and she doesn’t want to be someone’s girlfriend why come on love Island? Makes 0 sense and I’m sure majority of us girls have been hurt in the past but we wouldn’t act the way Faye has. She gets under my skin differently

I get your point but I think because she's so insecure and fiery why would he tell her that when it was nothing in the first place. I certainly wouldn't if I knew the other person was gonna hit the roof and I had done nothing wrong.

With Millie I think because it was a game she's not got so worked up about the kiss. With Lillie it was worse as their emotions were involved. But I definitely have gone off of Liam lately.
