ooft well Nirps didn't miss and hit the wall, and tbf a lot of what he said has a lot of truth in it, Jug ears has whined on for years about Nirpal, he gets regular mentions in the diary and other columns and I think he wrote about her once or twice. Maybe this is his way of getting her to shut her yappy mouth, that's maybe why he went, so that in a controlled environment, that was probably recorded and obviously had other people there, photographer at least, that he saw this as his opportunity to tell her to stop for once and for all, possibly even letting her editor know that she must not write any more tit about him.
Agree that he came off as brusque and nasty, but then don't forget he was actually married to jug ears, and has had to put up with her sniping for over a decade, maybe it was just all buttons pushed, and he seems to have been very honest in his account, whereas jug ears is moaning about things that allegedly happened years ago. He def is the better writer though, with lines like "She was, I presume, there to suffer some heinous procedure — a sulphuric-acid colon cleanse, or a brutal wire-wool face peel — to shave whatever minutes she could from looking her age at our photoshoot." and "her deranged rictus grin" he also notes that she is constantly screeching and whining, which we know to be true. So I just hope she does leave him alone now.
Notably David was not invited as I believe he is long done, despite her screeching on about drowning him in the dreary.
