I may need to take up knitting...
Are Kate's brows supposed to be a clue that she's bent?
I think Morton would be very interesting, he’s old enough though I think he was a DC wasn’t he? So arguably not high up enough but I suppose it depends who else he potentially has on side.
I hate that Ted is still looking a bit iffy, I’m desperate to think he’s not bent
Since I mentioned Usual Suspects earlier, just thinking that that whole film was based upon people's belief that Keyser Soze existed when he was completely made up to deflect from the real culprit. Same could be true here about H.
The real kingin is someone completey mundane. Maybe it is Steph Corbett?
That’s very true, I seem to remember him making a thing about staying a DC as well (I can’t remember his exact reasoning)It could be a bit of a bluff. Series 2 was all about Denton being underestimated- she never really moved up the career ladder and people kept mentioning that, but she was super smart. Maybe he found it was less suspicious? He'd be the right age to have been involved in the Lawrence Christopher case too?
I think it was an R McTulloch who was Ryan’s training officer! It’s very interesting isn’t it I know Jed does reuse names at times (Lisa and Jane for example) but it’s not the most common in the world is it.So there have been McTulloch's all over this series and I think they are clues.
The SIO before Davidson (brought Ryan in?) was Billy McTulloch (it was in the Gail Vella newspaper articles, McTulloch was looking at gangland execution then changed to a crazed stalker theory.
When Ryan's police record came up on screen, it said his training officer was a McTulloch (not Billy McTulloch, I cant remember the first name)
Lastly, when those 5 thugs were on screen (who beat up Lawrence Christopher) one of them was named McTulloch.
Can not be a coincidence.
I just listened to the new Shrine Of Duty podcast, they are so bleeping funny
Or Steve did? He felt very guilty over the death of her husband? Him going searching in her house might’ve been to check that she’d spent it? And he was gutted when he ‘found it’ and realised he could still be implicated?I thought Ted gave Steph the money because he thought it was wrong that she was unable to get a police pension because Corbett's criminal behaviour meant he hadn't died in the line of duty.
I just saw that too! I even had my phone out ready to take a picture just in case he was there so I could post it here lolJust watching Pointless. They're doing a round where contestants have to identify waistcoat wearers but our Stevie isn't even there! Whaaaaattt?!

We know Ted gave it to her, he took the Jiffy bag with the money in to meet Steph at Corbett’s grave. That’s him below with the bag at the end of the season and they told us the 50k was ‘missing’.Surely he wouldn’t get her financial records and get the notes analysed if he had given it to her? There’s 50k missing from the 100k Ted had, I think that’s where it’s from.

I was howling at this! They really are. I managed to listen to a bit on the school run but only about the first 10 mins when she was describing the BBC interview. I had to stop myself laughing out loud in the street
Dot’s ex worked in forensics ....If the body was burnt beyond recognition, I'm sure the post mortem would have included checking dental records and DNA.
I thought the same thing!!Just watching Pointless. They're doing a round where contestants have to identify waistcoat wearers but our Stevie isn't even there! Whaaaaattt?!
