I can highly recommend Hardy's Ancestors chardonnay, 13% vol, it is widely available in Lidl*, you may well end up gibbering nonsense all night though, as well as harbouring thoughts of calling up LBC to give them an earful.

As a topic that actually sounds refreshingly like something from a different era! Reminds me of the kinds of things they used to discuss decades ago when LBC was fun and comforting and before every single show became a landslide of narcissism and depressing political crap.

Andrew did a 'reasons to be cheerful' (or somesuch) yesterday. It made a pleasant change and he had a lot of calls. He was very sweet and patient with an 81-year-old lady who rambled on about her early life.
