Iain Dale's on again with Frei 😁

I don't know whether guests are paid an 'appearance' fee if they are interviewed. Maybe Iain is getting paid for his regular shows and bonus for appearing on every other programme !!

***********

BTW OT We were talking about Serenade Radio. I used to listen years ago, but I stopped, can't remember why ! Anyway, listening this morning, and the music is great. However, playing 'Je t'aime ....' at lunchtime is probably not not scheduled correctly (as well as the wife being away for the weekend!!).

The presenter just said about that record "what at this time in the weekend? Oh, well, why not?!!"

Iain Dale is perhaps using Steve Allen's sleepover cupboard (in corridor across from Studio 7a) while covering all this political turmoil 😁
Re - Serenade, this is their donation month, if you fancy lobbing them a tenner in order to maintain their excellent output, details on their website.

It was an odd effort by James today talking about "feelings". As if he cares as he calls so many names!

I wonder if LBC management spoke to him about his recent behaviour....

I shouldn't worry too much about O'brien, he reaches around 1/70th of the UK population on a weekly basis.

Maybe better to worry about the state of the country.

Certainly today Shelagh and Tom came out with their true colours. I will be very interested to listen to Nick tomorrow morning.
Are you able to elaborate on Shelagh and Tom showing their true colours?
They were (rightly) critical of a tit government and ruling party, are you happy with this current state of affairs?

I find Shelagh to be very sly. She clearly loathes the Tories; probably always has and will never change. She, like most of the presenters also get very touchy one someone has the temerity to point out that they work for a commercial radio station and political chaos is good for their business (if it bleeds it leads etc). Politcs and Mass Media are different sides of the same crooked, corrupt coin both needing and feeding off each other. Shelagh acts as if she's above all that but she's just another troll. Iain Dale is about the only political commentator I can stomach these days. Maybe James for the utter car-crash of his unhinged monologues about Brexit and Tufton Street. :ROFLMAO:

New thread here folks.
