Used to be a lively thread with points of view from all sides of the political spectrum contributing. One by one those not of the left were disappeared, now it's a circle jerk of hate filled foulmouthed pondlife.
 
Always enjoy it when Steve lays into dull Dan, formerly of BBC Breakfast now the 'face' of Ch5, he really is incredibly dull, maybe Ch5 are hoping to get the senile or medicially-induced audience share of the market.

Saw Andrew Pierce on ITV this morning, fresh from the hairdresser with a new dye-job on his head. Oh dear, the man continues to morph into the late Charles Hawtry by the second, although the be fair to Charles I think I'd rather listen to his opinions about the state of the govt. than dear old Andrew.

James having a moment today when he realised that the vast majority of the population do not follow politics and are engaged as much as he is. That only a very small percentage listen to his words of wisdom.

Out of my group of friends, I am the only one who has any interest in politics and the others spend their days listening to music radio stations and working so only really get news headlines at the top of the hour and maybe a bit of TV news. They don't go on any forums and they do not do twitter.
If I mentioned Tufton Street cabal they look at you like I was nuts.

This is what happens in echo chambers. You believe everyone thinks like you do.

Totally agree.
With weekly listening figures of 1.4m that means approx 1 in 60 of the UK population tune into the likes of O'Brien & Ferrari.
Folk that inhabit various forums, day in day out start to believe these guys on their radio are incredibly important however.

It means that he has 1.4 million listens in a week, which could be 1 person listening 5 times. For someone who calls other liars, for him to refer to his 1.4 million listeners is staggeringly duplicitous. The number of listeners at any one time is between 75,000 and 125,000 (figure varies hour by hour)

I haven't heard him recently. Is he quoting 1.4m listeners? According to the latest RAJAR survey he has 1,382,000 listeners between 10am-1pm which is slightly down from 1,389,000 last quarter - for the whole of the UK.

In London, alone, he has currently 615,000 listeners down from 699,000.

I wonder if he would comment if Boris mis-quoted some figures ?!! But of course there are always different ways of calculating figures. Each person has two ears, so ........... !!

PS To James30 on DS. Nick Ferrari has 1.426,000 listeners up from 1,379,000.

Pity you can't post that in the other place. They are always saying that his figures are better than Nick F. Perhaps listeners have had enough of him beating the same old drum; Brexit is to blame for every evil in the world. Also his juvenile name-calling of politicians he dislikes.
 
Steve Allen this morning. Boasting again how he leaves every light on in his house all day, all night and nope he will not switch them off. The next sentence he says he is going to have to stop buying his daily bacon roll and cheese and ham croissant from M&S Twickenham as the price has gone up yesterday to £5.50 from £5. 😅🤣😂

Just act like a petulant, immature teenager and call people 'bastards' and 'scum' on there and you're fine.
