He will also now be all discombobulated as his beloved European Union joins in.

That's the thing. Apparently a lot of countries have suspended funding but you will only get that it's the UK that are the bad guys.

I seem to have missed all the headline news in the media about the attack in Golders Green this afternoon where what looks like a Muslim male was arrested for a racially aggravated incident with a knife.

Top of Jobby's list for discussion tomorrow - not. I doubt if he'll have anything to say about hundreds of French farmers on tractors laying siege to Paris in the hope of starving the government into relaxing regulation and red tape in the EU. The protests are spreading across Germany and Belgium.

It would be funny if after all the talk from Jobby and his sycophants about UK supermarket shelves being empty if in fact it was French ones!

Just to be clear I do not want any French people going hungry just events to expose the nonsense that Jobby comes out with.

Meanwhile, over on the 'other' forum, they're whining about how Brexit has caused too much red tape here. 😉

Come on now Maggie, Europe is the land of milk and honey and everything is marvellous. What are the Germans and French blaming it on? It can't be Brexit. Maybe they just wanted to take their tractors for a spin. 🤣

I just turned on LBC and I have to say that I think da meeja is really nearing rock-bottom now. The first caller I heard was ranting and raving about World War 3 and Russia invading us. I mean, REALLY? Leading Britain's Conversation? Nah ... just talking bollocks. It's like The Daily Star in audio.

Clicky off.

10:05. Brexit. Click Off. Who the duck listens to this for mid-morning 'entertainment'?
But he's going to tell us why our shedding of red tape will mean we'll be importing toxic food. Given the multitude of stories to come out of Europe, we've been doing that for years. I bet he mentions chlorinated chicken, which was the star bogeyman of a possible deal with the US. Click off!

I am getting a bit fed up of LBC presenters cutting off calls from general public and selected guests too quickly as they say they need to take other calls. Only for them not to take other calls but repeat their spiel that they have repeated umpteen times over. Ian Payne is quite bad for this and on Sat morning I heard a bit of the horrible Matthew Wright. He had a guest on (John Sweeney) who was very informative, very articulate regarding the Post Office scandal. He was the investigative journalist involved in the Panorama programme in 2015 I think. MW cut him off really quickly saying he had to take other calls only to then go into a 5 minute episode of liking the sound of his own voice.

I agree re the topics too. Listening to Ian Payne this morning about possible WW3 was quite terrifying really.

I had to chuckle at Nick Ferrari talking about Mum doing the shopping at Iceland yesterday. I wonder if he has ever put a foot inside an Iceland store or supermarket? What made it even more bizarre is that he was talking to the CEO of Iceland about his support for Keir Starmer. How he managed to shoehorn a sexist trope into that only he will know. He managed it do it twice!

Ferrari may be all sorts of things but I'm pretty sure he's not a snob, which is frequently indicated by one's attitude towards choice of shops. He might even have pushed her wheelchair around Tesco as well. 😉

Caught some of James today. He really does go over the same old things all the time re Brexit. It is really tiresome. Neither Conservatives or Labour have it on their agenda for the general election so James is literally banging his head against a brick wall. I voted remain and given the choice I would probably vote to rejoin but James just goes on and on and on.

What I really dislike is that some of James' left wing heroes like Mick Lynch are ardent Brexiteers but James skirts over that. Mick is just wrong on this occasion. Any other member of the voting public who voted Brexit is racist or stupid.
