It could have been so different for James, he could have been the King of Daytime TV ...

He did have a very short lived talk show back in 2015 called O'Brien .... It wasn't very good.

His forays into TV have never worked out for him.
Ah yes O'Brien. That was the one where James was routed by the chavs of daytime ITV.

Next up was his occasional holiday cover role on BBC Newsnight for which he got a new look and suit. No sooner had the puff pieces been published than he departed with many having the feeling that the back of his new trousers now had a boot print on it.

Ferrari gets ferocious stick almost daily for not apparently giving Tories a hard enough time. Not my take on it, but hey ho. Listened to the first hour of JOB today, Khan getting his tummy tickled for half an hour followed by some cringingly awful jingle competition called Smear Keir. The gist being that any criticism of the knight has no validity and must therefore be a smear. He then sneers at 'client journalists'

Well done Pauljoanss for playing Colin like a violin yesterday

I said the same thing a few posts back. 'Client journalist' should go on the O'Brien bingo card.

Sturgeon has admitted that all her Whatsapp messages from during the pandemic have been deleted, after initially telling the world she didn't use it at all. A leader who lied and lied, I'm sure our seeker of truth and justice from Windsor is all over it ......

And they wonder why people are apathetic towards politics. There's not a decent one between them.

Nick always seems mischievous to both sides as I hear it. He plays cat and mouse and seems to delight in his prey being cornered. I don't think either side get a particularly easy ride even if he bowls some easy questions to start with which can be quite a clever disarming tactic.
I doubt Ferrari could corner anything except a hot Pie, from *Penny's Pies, Cornwall

Honestly, I fail to see the point of having a phone-in about how to make a two-state solution work between Israel and Palestine. Politians, diplomats, historians, academics and journalists haven't come up with any workable ideas in 30 years, so how can Dave the cabbie in Peckham offer a solution? It's a bleeping waste of airtime. Rant over.

And I'm sure both Palestine and Israel have made it clear THEY DO NOT WANT ONE!
