Social services (should he want to adopt in the future etc,) volunteer organisations (especially whose service users are children or vulnerable adults) and charities would all have access to that information upon request.

Ive just remembered an interview from years ago when she kept saying that Alex was depwayved depwayved omg so depwayved without providing anything to back it up. The interviewer kept saying did you go to the police? was it against the law? And all she kept saying was he is depwayved and digustink omg and not answering any questions. I just wish Clare had taken him on as a client and shut the witch down.
