Even just one pony is a huge responsibility as the upkeep required to the land, fencing and housing is never ending. Plus ponies are herd animals so you'd need to have 2 minimum, and recommendations are that you need at least half an acre of grazing per equine .... the fairy forest will soon be a churned up mess of horse tit and flies

Yes it’s crap, my business page has a few thousand and my engagement is around 10k views
My like count can go into the hundreds but am not arsed about them it’s all about views & going on discovery page
She won’t look at trending music etc but that’s basically her job to
She’s a make up page that’s not posting off why people actually do follow her
She can still do the influencer tit but to keep her engagement up she needs to do more work related stuff on there.

It was £450k if you just brought the bungalow and small amount of land , £850k if you brought extra land/stables/outbuilding.
I did originally think it could be this one but if she has the keys and cutting the grass back in September it wouldn’t be on right move anymore

I don't think it is that one because she says "just over an acer" of land. I mean sunset and sunrise confuse her, noway she understands the measurements of an ACER

It's such a wonderful position she is in and I honestly hope she steps back and realises all this bull tit toxic positivity is actually making her unwell. No amount of cards or 11.11 or raw milk or reiki is going to fix her bipolar. That's what she needs to tackle. I think if she listened to our advice, she'd be able to cope better.

I honestly think he's got a gigantic loan out that doesn't need to start being paid back until XYZ date, hence why they're a little flash at the moment.
 
For the ones saying she gets everything she wants, she really doesn’t, I don’t even believe this is her dream she’s doing this to purely trump her fake friends and gain likes on instagram. She’s all levels of delusion, she doesn’t realise people only care about their houses and things they have not what she has. This will really test her and Matt. They have taken on something that unless you have a shed load of spare cash it will be a disaster, they will uncover problem after problem on this type of project.
