On the estate agent’s blurb, it says there are some lots available as extra but the listing is the bungalow, garage and garden.

If it's the one shared further up, the Rightmove spec says a quarter of an acre, which I'd call a good-sized garden, but you know she's going to constantly refer to it as their 'land' like she's lady of the manor.

And I bet the main attraction was all those Delamere place names nearby. She'll let on that it was a dreamy bespoke coincidence that made them realise it was their dreamy forever home but actually she'll have made her mind up the minute she thought of the Insta account name.

i think it’s taken from opposite side of the gate though because of the wood sticking out is pointing down is on kate’s side if that makes sense
