They do houses up using money from bridging finance and investor loans (I've no idea what the interest rates on these would be), then rent them out. The make ups could easily live in the house (if it's all done 'in house' nobody would know they're not the homeowners) whilst renovating it using all the trades he'll know plus his own special panelling, and at the end of the project, they become the tenants the landlords (the business he's involved with) rent to. Now I know nothing about laws surrounding owning/renting out property but could they pay lower rent/interest fees but then sell it a few years down the line and make a big profit? I think Delo is doing this to get some personal financial security for the future as he has nothing in the current house, and she brings nothing to the table thanks to all her failed ventures and a penchant for disliking work preferring to drink Starbies dry of egg nogs.

Mary has played her like Chezza did. It’ll be in joint names and as soon as it’s done up and will sell for a profit, he’ll be out of there with a few hundred grand to take with him.
 
She looks like she gets what she wants, but it comes with massive consequences that she’s too thick to even have keep her awake at night - because she doesn’t understand them.

There’s no way she understands interest, mortgages, house flipping, building standards etc, she will just bulldoze in like a bull in a china shop

I think aesthetically the end result will look nice, her style isn’t terrible, but it will be shoddy work, to a low, slap dash standard.

She will also be going in hard on all aspects of social media/youtube surrounding anything home related in the hope of getting all the freebies back.
 
I remember staying at a friends while they were away, taking care of the chickens and geese, each night we had to lock them away, the geese were vicious bastards and the chickens would turn into statues as the night fell. One night we fell asleep and when we woke it was pitch black and the fox had visited, we went out and picked up each statuesque chicken and counted them twice only 21 so we lost 3 to the fox, can you imagine her falling in the mud to save the chickens. No fkn chance.
Hinch and Solomon make it look easy but the money they've made from the big brands help pay for their lifestyle, Greedy is trying to keep up without the big brands and her mental health card is pulled at every opportunity and Truff is forever liking her posts and following suit with the anxiety, and red eyed rant.
Truff its never going to be what they have so dont even try. But we will be watching the shitshow unfold. 🍿🥤

How entitled and arrogant that comment is about her “not bragging” , “any abuse will be reported” & “if it upsets you unfollow”. If it’s not bragging then why post it on insta? My brother has worked his arse off doing a house reno, does anyone know? No not really only family and friends you have shown an interest. Her whole life is based around what she posts on insta, always making out she is rich/succeding/fancy holidays/meals out/days outs/date nights etc etc . All done to make her look great while all her followers are poor…can only afford dupes and be angered that she has a new house…they can never be as good as her. When in reality she is just the village idiot & people follow her for the lols.

Wonder if the people that have brought the house have to pay her now but can’t have the house until she is ready to give it to them…like the green sofa 😂😂

Also, I’d absolutely love for Matt to leave her and for Truff to be in her “single mum era”, imagine the content 😂😂😂 the ranting about Matt paying bare minimum child maintenance cos he’s self employed and fiddled the books and her being fuming about it cos she knows how much he really makes. The petitions she’ll try and start over CMS 😂 she’ll have a big massive case against him 😂 imagine her on the dating apps catfishing all these blokes who are then horrified thinking Jessica Rabbit is gonna turn up for their date but actually it’s Shrek 😂😂😂

Just came here to comment on the ‘acer’ of land. I’ve got quite a large garden, not a forest unfortunately. It is a huge responsibility and I feel the jobs never end. I do have some help with the upkeep of it. Even now we’re heading into winter I’ve had to have a tree surgeon out, have my roof cleaned due to all of the trees, have the compost storage re built and the leaf store mended and I still need to have all of the boundary fences and hedges looked at and that’s before I even plan any of the nice garden stuff for next spring. Having large gardens is so expensive and time consuming, I have learnt a lot horticultural wise but it’s certainly not as idyllic as she may think. I can’t believe she’s gone from fake grass to Alan Titchmarsh!

Worked from the bottom.....I wish she'd just acknowledge she's in a more favourable position than most with being an influencer who gets freebies. She won't though. She just says "we've worked hard for this". That's why I don't like her. She got a whole sofa from SCS (?) and made out like they'd bought it. She's proper unpalatable

I’ve just had a look at the account and all the information has been taken off it so it could be her account and she’s seen it pop up on here. Maybe she went to start a new account but then realised that she wouldn’t get many followers anymore so decided to make that one private and change her other account instead.

I’ve also had a look at the map on the estate agents website and the house has the same gate that she’s stood at on her pictures.
