I’m not totally convinced it’s this one either from the video she posted earlier today. Also, it’s not obvious how they’ve bought the bungalow and an acre from this plan. Which acre? The fairy forest??

She gets what she wants because she needs things to show off to feel validated. Gets the car she wants but with a horrendous finance company with huge interest rates that most people would avoid.

same with this big house, many people could get big expensive houses but choose not to because they don’t want to max themselves out and would rather live within their means. She has to have something new all the time to show off because she’s unhappy and lives an empty life.

She hasn’t progressed mentally since high school where she wants to impress others and show off things. Whereas most of us now are busy with work and family life and are just happy to live quiet lives!

All these influencers seem to crave attention and have superiority complexes, they’re all damaged people and it’s sad others look up to them.

It sounds like the house is a work project for Matt anyway or he’s up to something dodgy so not even hers or something she should really be showing off as an achievement. What a twit!

but in all honesty never feel peeved that big back gets away with what she wants, it’s all show, they’ll live hand to mouth, fella working 365 25 hours a day to make ends meet, no money left over as materials increase, credit cards and debt mounting. All because you’ve got something to prove online.

Let’s face it, if it wasn’t for social media she wouldn’t be doing this. This has never been her dream and wouldn’t be the dream of someone who loves Ibiza and Dubai. It’s all just to keep up with the Jones’ but on a lemonade budget. It’s sad really. If it wasn’t for SM I imagine she would be more than happy with a 3 bed semi.
 
It’s many people’s dream to have that sort of home and live out in the country - and she could make it really beautiful if she wanted to. She won’t though, because Matt isn’t a good tradesman and they do everything on the cheap. Even with the old house of horrors at least she had some nice expensive bits and bobs because she had been gifted them back when the likes of sofology would work with her. That won’t be the case now, and I’d bet any money she will be banking on her delusion of being a big influencer to get expensive items.
The other thing is they wont do it nicely or properly because of matts limited skills and her laziness - that lane will be filled with potholes, max will be dragging mud and leaves all over the house, the damp in a house like that will be quick to set in etc. so she may take pictures that look like a “dream 🥹” but the reality is likely to be very different.
She’s had to sell her soul, sanity and children’s privacy for this trolls - don’t ever be jealous 🩷

As much as people dislike Lucy Carter, she did exactly that whilst building their lovely house. The caravan was homely and she had 4 kids to think about.

Kate will like to live in the mess as it'll provide more content 🌟 Olive&Berry going to A+E, the dust, the need to escape on date days

I reckon this house has been bought through the business little legs is involved in. They do houses up using money from bridging finance and investor loans (I've no idea what the interest rates on these would be), then rent them out. The make ups could easily live in the house (if it's all done 'in house' nobody would know they're not the homeowners) whilst renovating it using all the trades he'll know plus his own special panelling, and at the end of the project, they become the tenants the landlords (the business he's involved with) rent to. Now I know nothing about laws surrounding owning/renting out property but could they pay lower rent/interest fees but then sell it a few years down the line and make a big profit? I think Delo is doing this to get some personal financial security for the future as he has nothing in the current house, and she brings nothing to the table thanks to all her failed ventures and a penchant for disliking work preferring to drink Starbies dry of egg nogs.

YOUVE JUST REMINDED ME!!!!! Remember the drive to Manchester and she did a Q&A, the wedding came up and Matt said "if the next project goes well" something along the lines of that. This is a flip house.
