Prior to Brexit I never voted. I had no interest. Growing up in northern Ireland and the political shambles of there put me right off but. I voted in the Brexit vote and for the last pm. why? Because those two things to me seemed very important and I wanted to have my say in both of those things.

I remember being told if you don't vote you have not right to complain.

I thought this was an ultrasound 😬

For an unopened jar to go moldy you know it’s pure poison
I can believe it would be down if she was using old plugins that were no longer supported. But if that is your work you'd make sure that you use good quality plugins still supported and compatible else it's just waiting for bomb to go off.

It's more epic bad planning and underinvestment storing up problems that would be easy to avoid.

If it was old plugins, she could have just disabled them to get the site back live.

Think you’ve got it in one there 😂 She’s accrued a tit ton of technical debt by just cobbling together the cheapest quickest shite for the last decade, when her unpaid mate says it’s a write off it’s because it’s not worth the unpaid days it’ll take him to fix.

Tbh the website is SO bad it’s a website for ads, with the odd recipe somewhere, not a chef’s site. That’s why she’s so reliant on her mailing list as she NEEDS those guys to re engage because there’s no way any new users could bear it.

duck me just used the google speed check tool, *tyra banks voice* I have NEVER seen a website so bad! Every since measure is underperforming, there is so much wrong I won’t attach all print screens but you can see more here

How old is it, do we know? The times I've been on it before I've found it impossible to navigate and couldn't really see any proper content on there.

She’s gone religious again on twitter (not bashing her for it), meanwhile this is in her likes. View attachment 264997 q

She didn't vote?? That seems... Surprising at best

There’s a poster on Mumsnet who’s prone to this. Always with the me-railing and humble bragging. Once posted a photo of a Parisian luxury hotel suite and claimed it was her bedroom. I’m starting to wonder if it’s the same person.
Never heard this expression before - it's excellent 😂

Sorry guys I ended up posting the biggest bleeping comment going because it merged two together! Looking at that google developer report it mentions she’s using LEGACY Java that “modern browsers” no longer support, so it’s old as tit.

Big brands will have teams working on their sites - graphic designers, UX designers, devs, analysts, copy writers, and it IS hard to do all of that by yourself. But you can also do a bit of market research looking at your competitors with those big budgets (JO et al) and adapt their best practices, so you’ve got all the benefits of that work with none of the expense?!

I don’t know if she’s genuinely this naff and clueless or if she’s just lazy as fuuuuck? If I was her I’d honestly be paying professionals for yearly audits / MOTs, it’d be 1/2 grand a year tops? I’m going freelance give us a call sweetie 😂

Jack needs to stay away from bread OR learn how to do it properly.

Think Jack needs some remedial bread making lessons....this was my sourdough loaf earlier this week ( my Scottish grandad was a master baker though - and so WC too!...triangulate me!)
please excuse the grotty looking Le Creuset casserole dish in background....it is 30 years old and has done me well over the decades...sadly , however, I do not possess a Cotswold sideboard

This is what Jack herself said about when she spoiled her EU Referendum vote.
Oh, and the “bar” she said she went to afterwards was the Groucho Club (the private members’ club).
Her arrogance! As if she was not casting one vote like the rest of us but deciding the fate of the U.K. all by herself 😂 Everything has to be so dramatic

I’d be embarrassed if I were her, claiming to be an activist yet can’t even be politically involved in the most simple and accessible form

I would LOVE for someone to tweet her a food suggestion with some random food/item that doesn’t exist and then picture in my mind her confusion when she can’t find it on Google to say she’s already aware of it.
I could just imagine how frantic she would be trying to work out what it was, and the panic when she has to tweet acting like a know it all who actually doesn’t.

I charity shopped my slow cooker a few weeks ago. It’s probably just me but I found mostly everything I tried to cook was either a stew or a soup and it all had the same vague “slow cooker” taste.
I've recently bought myself an instant pot 9-1 cooker instead of slow cooker as can't stand consistency of food cooked in slow cooker ( can also use it as steamer/ pressure cooker/ slow cooker / yogurt maker etc....) much more useful
