The way she treats that cat is so upsetting cos she's very lucky she's allowed a pet privately renting. I've gone from homeowner to renter and everything was no pets no smokers. My cat has had to be rehomed with a family member I pay a standing order to for looking after her. I still cover her pet insurance. All the expense, none of the joy.

Aside from that one detail, I'm loving renting. Living in a beautiful area I could never afford to buy in, in a beautiful flat I could never afford to buy and I don't wang on about needing a forever home online. Her fetishistic obsession with being a homeowner is such Little Englander Daily Mail behaviour.
