IDK all I know is that I have a lovely if rather sparse magnolia outside my living room window and I would be FURIOUS if Jack or any other squigs came and started peeling off its lovely petals.

This is my particular area of expertise*…so I’m going to take a stand on this. Jack is neither Alan Partridge nor David Brent. Both characters develop into almost sympathetic figures for all their flaws. Both have a human-side, show elements of empathy and, at their heart, believe they are doing good. Jack has none of that.

I read the MPs statement this morning which deals with the circumstances leading up to them coming out. The potential for Jack to say several awful triggering things today in response is quite high, so those that need to might want to brace themselves. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she has a rare attack of sense and basic decency but you know...

No bleeping wonder she’s so tired all the time. It must be exhausting keeping up the pretence that she sustains herself on smart price and tinned goods. She’s totally typecast herself into that role and can’t get away from it.
