I thought her whole schtick was that her recipes were frameworks, and you COULD mix and match? For example, kale can absolutely (x) be replaced with melted Babybel.

I used my leftover chilli to make enchiladas today, and made a quick and easy spicy rice to go with and a lot of salad as I'm trying to lose weight. It was bloody beautiful.

I used quorn mince - not grated corned beef a la jack

Now to me, that's something that should be on leftover larder. How to use leftovers.

Chetna is being very graceful, saying she enjoys it when other people make it their own.
