Yep you have to nip PA in the bud not let it fester for years.

IG needs to look to the future with B now and the upcoming wedding which his kids won't be attending. Hopefully, and it may take 10-20 years the kids will wake up to what really happened.

I agree she would be raging. But she only cares what the internet & daily mail commenters think. She won’t want people to know how angry she is to share custody after the hammering she has taken from the public and the media. And she thinks that retaining 50 percent custody will be proof she’s not an abusive parent. Well, that’s the hope I’m clinging to for now anyway 😞…..
 
It's all lose-lose for Ioan, isn't it?
He can't get sole custody - she's alienated the children too much.
If she gets 100%, she'll continue with the alienation and demand huge amounts of money for her their upkeep, and maintain she's too busy looking after the BAYBEEZ to work.
Any proportion of shared custody will be a nightmare to make work, as she doesn't believe he should see the kids, only pay for her them.
I feel so sorry for him - he's fought every step of the way for those girls against a horrendous enemy. And he had to, otherwise she would have claimed he didn't care.

tbh I actually think for Ioan completely isolated based on what is feasible after all the damage Alice has caused it would be the best outcome, because any custody for him would have meant a ton of pain with the danger of being assaulted again/runaway/false accusations etc etc. and all that for at least one child with very little hopes of improvements. that way he could fully focus on moving on entirely without having to feel any guilt. Everyone has also seen the indisputable evidence against Alice, so everyone knows that he is the victim in this situation here and no fault can be placed on him. The kids can also not blame him (I'm sure in a few years they will regardless though) for not trying.

I agree. It is a crappy situation with no real prospect of a good outcome until the girls are adults and possibly parents themselves. I think even 50% custody will be impossible for Ioan as he cannot co-parent with Alice and there is no way B could look after the girls alone when he is filming. Ioan has no option but to keep working as an actor, but he is not in the league of being able to fly his kids to set with private tutors. It is such an awful situation. Best he can do is move on with B.
 
The proof of what Alice is and what she has done is all over the internet at least she has to live with that. Her career is over, the money is gone and she’s left with 2 destroyed children becos she spent 3 years trying to destroy their father and have them join in. She’s fucked and always will be. Her own family bar one psycho brother don’t even want her.

He’s only there for money.
 
We knew from the start there was no good outcome. If there was we would have come up with one but we never have. Alice can’t have full custody with a DVRO, Ioan can’t have them as they are now weapons. The kids are basically fucked and will need therapy until the day they die. The hacking, stealing, fake RO will stay with Ella for the rest of her life. You can’t undo that. They have essentially lost a father and left with a narc mother. There is something very wrong with the system that Alice wasn’t investigated back in 2021 and authorities stepped in then.
 
The only way AFE can be penalised is financially now. I'm here for it and those documents should be available to us.

IG should not be guilt tripped into providing beyond the minimum. The kids hate him anyway, (AFE made sure of that) so he really has nothing to lose. I wonder if the plan is to return to the UK? If IG can't see them anyway, can he really refuse to let them move? What difference does it make?

The welfare state is far better in the UK and frankly it would make sense for her to move.

Alice is really the most messed up person I’ve ever encountered which is why I came here as it was so incredibly disturbing what she does, that I had to understand why.
If they leave the kids with a mentally deranged mother who spends her life on twitter making socks and threatening suicide WITH her daughter it’s just complete incompetence on every level.
 
I'm expecting an Insta post with the kids showing how HAPPY ALL THE TIME the are. ROLLING ON THE FLOOR WITH LAUGHTER!! AFE will have a smug smile on her face and her clowns will tell her what an amazing mother she is. :sick:

ETA "Tone" didn't get much of a reaction on twitter to his good news. They probably think his toilet troubles are over. No wonder she was bugging out that Tattle was down.

She was the narc mom REFRESHING FURIOUSLY.
 
Friendly Reminder: Ms. Dupee is a custody evaluator. She only gives an opinion on where the girls should live and why. It's up the the judge to take that and make his own conclusions regarding custody and any financial support for the children and the mother.

Given the amount of PA that has taken place and the abusive behavior exhibited by the children at their father's apartment (going by all statements provided after said event including the professional witness's statement), I think it's a given the children would not be sent to live with their father and his partner.

IMO, I don't believe BW would be safe given the eldest's behavior and the subsequent legal proceedings. I think the mother ensured the outcome she wanted by her involvement in the RO application and false injury narrative. I only hope that was noted in Ms. Dupee's report.

I could be wrong, but this is firmly what I believe. You can't fit a square into a circle.

I will always wish the children the very best and hope they one day see things clearly and without the undo influence of their mother. I also hope she comes to realize that her behavior has caused irreparable damage and ensured the girls she loves are now estranged from their loving father, just as she is from hers. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Be careful what messages you keep repeating to tender, impressionable girls. You might end up ensuring they become man hating women.

I pray that doesn't happen in this case.

Alice doesn't actually see her children as autonomous beings. She sees them as pawns to be used in her divorce, and to hurt Ioan with forever more. She sees them as content for her Instagram. She will try and use Ella's look to live vicariously through her if Ella does go into modelling, seeing as Alice doesn't have a career anymore.

She reminds me of a family annihilator, just without the killing. Her life and lifestyle were changed forever when Ioan left, so she decided to burn everything down - ruin Ioan's reputation; ruin his earning potential (even though that impacted on her and the children); ruin her children's relationship with their father; ruin her children's reputations; ruin her children's mental health and ruin her children's future prospects.

The only good thing which will come out of this is that one day the girls will realise exactly who she is and what she has done, and they will cut her from their lives forever.

The kids are definitely the losers in all this. They lost a good dad and that makes that bleep happy. IG will have a good life with B regardless but I'm sure he has moments of sadness thinking about the kids.
 
I think Tone’s tweets are bait. Remember, Alice is convinced that Tattle is full of Bianca/Ioan socks. By talking about good news, she’s trying to get I&B to expose themselves, because she still doesn’t get that they don’t sit on the internet all day under fake names.

Second, if Alice does get full custody it will only be because she’s alienated those kids so much. I firmly believe that the punishment for alienation should be no spousal support, and for child support to be put in an account that is untouchable until the child starts college and then the money is paid directly to the educational system. Why should an alienating parent get one red cent? Alice wouldn’t spend it on the kids. See how she likes full custody of misbehaving teenagers when she’s got to fund them entirely herself.

It should never have gotten this far. Alice should have lost the kids at the first sign of alienation.
