I'm vacillating like crazy about this, and its making me dizzy. The Abuser herself directed me here by mentioning the site herself. I remembered Ioan from years ago when I did follow his career. I became aware of the Abuser and the damage she caused his career and reputation fairly early on in their relationshit - ioanonline and the imdb boards. I thought she was a bleep then and these last few years have just confirmed I was right. I want to see her held to account for her abuse of both her ex husband, their children, his fiancee and both their families. That is why I stay, also for the pictures of his cutiness Bubba Bear and the funny as duck and clever turds on here. You have all carried me through some tough times.
 
I detect glee. Is Dupee the ref?? Sounds like she might have recommended the kids stay with AFE. That's what I predicted would happen given how far gone things are. Not that AFE is a good parent, but it's about doing the least harm at this late stage. The only question mark was about Elsie but she is pretty far gone now as the 'sleepover' behaviour showed. Oh well, IG tried his best so the kids can never say otherwise. On the bright side, IG can have more kids.

tbh I wouldn't take Tones ramblings too serious based on his record, but it is indeed possible that professionals can reach false conclusions or are as you say concluding that the worse outcome is currently the best given the destruction that has been caused by said individual
 
Alice is crowing. Honestly I think the kids are fucked, short to medium term, but maybe they will do NC eventually?

Not much yet. the evaluator will be maybe witness in the custody trial. the judge can still make his own decision based on that report and what he himself sees fit. There is quite a huge difference between what is doable custody-wise (not much as we thought) and what would be just.

they were also crowing ahead of filings that showed Alice in a bad light. they are not particulary consistent.

also keep in mind that we are meant to never find out the contents of this report, not even in court filings, it may well be a attempt to set a narrative that can never be disproven.
 
All it proves is how good her PA is and how tit the system in CA is, but I knew that already. The therapy was unlikely to work given that they were still living with an abuser.

She is still a talentless, unemployed hole and tit mother who will soon be on a lot less than $10k a month. The kids are in for a rough road as they will have been told they are entitled to so much that mAlice won't be able to give them going forward. Them's the breaks kiddos.

This is a really good point.

We will never know what is in Dupee's report. Ioan will obviously never reveal anything from it.

Which means Alice, her Twitter socks and Tone can drip feed information onto social media which seems like it could be from the report (against a ruling that it should remain confidential - but when has Alice ever cared about rulings and court orders), safe in the knowledge that the report's contents will never be made public.
