I think it's probably more "constant thoughts about his daughters and what he has lost" rather than "moments of sadness". These are his daughters, his own flesh and blood, who he loves deeply.

I feel so bad for him, and the children. It's crazy what one unhinged, vindictive person can do. Three lives changed forever, all because a husband wanted a divorce from his wife.
 
She really doesn't realize how fucked she is, does she? Even if the kids stay with her, she won't be able to live the life she so desperately craves.
What happens when the money runs out? She won't provide and grifting will only get her so far..
If these kids think they're poor now, they'll be in for a huge shock.

At the end, all that's left are two damaged kids (probably for life to some degree) and a guy who doesn't get to be their father (hopefully not forever). But I guess in an abusers book that's considered winning. To think all she had to do was co-parent like a normal human being and none of this would have happened.
 
I feel that Ioan responded to the report asking for clarifications on some points and that’s what Alice is calling ‘arguing’ and yes, those points will probably be about why it’s unsafe for him to push for custody. 😔
I suppose they will ask to see him occasionally so they can keep up the financial abuse. I wonder how he’ll deal with that.
 
Firstly, I do not believe in these messages "Tone" wrote. We should not read into it.
It reminds me AFE's "we are so very happy" messages.
And we know that quite often it is the opposite of what she posts.
Something had her badly rattled and we figured it out and now she is doing damage control.


Secondly, I tend to gravitate towards the camp that would like to remove Yo's name from the thread title.
However, as AE is such a generic name in a way and there are more famous Alice Evanses, the threads' title should be more specific. As we cannot use bleep in the titles, it should be something else...

Perhaps:
Alice Evans' Catalogue of Calamities: A Narc's Guide to Grifting and Gaslighting

or

Alice Evans' Misfortunes: Narc's Fails and Fiascos

Odious bleep is trying to blame IG?? In her narc's brain, somehow this decision proves how she's the best parent. Nope not at all....

I can only go by what we see on BW's insta. I see a genuinely happy man despite it all. I think with the help of B, Bubba and his therapist IG is in a place of acceptance after a very rough time of it.

On the other hand, I don't believe AFE is really happy despite her 'win'. We see try hard BS for her Insta interspersed with explosions from 'Tone' and Abby.

I doubt he will ever think of what he has lost (if it comes to that) but what they have lost (not him specifically, but the stability he provided as the sole functioning parent)

truth of the matter is though while alienated fathers suffer greatly most learn to cope with this and live their life. He has already shown that the past three years, for which he deserves a ton of credit. They usually suffer in specific moments, like on birthdays, Xmas etc. or more frequently if they see kids that age with their families

He will obviously also suffer if Ella continues the nebulous path she entered.

I honestly think he should refuse. If he can't see the kids without bringing a chaperone in case they make false allegations then really, what is the point?? He can have phone and video contact perhaps on the understanding that AFE will be listening in or recording him so it's far from ideal.

There will probably be lots of begging for this and that but it's financial abuse. The mother they ADORE so much can pay for it.

I would ask to be released from all financial obligations because of the DVRO and PA. He'll never have a meaningful relationship with his children.

He can't get sole custody - she's alienated the children too much.
If she gets 100%, she'll continue with the alienation and demand huge amounts of money for her their upkeep, and maintain she's too busy looking after the BAYBEEZ to work.
Any proportion of shared custody will be a nightmare to make work, as she doesn't believe he should see the kids, only pay for her them.
I feel so sorry for him - he's fought every step of the way for those girls against a horrendous enemy. And he had to, otherwise she would have claimed he didn't care.

She always has claimed he doesn’t care about his children. The real, legal evidence proved otherwise.

Ditto, had no idea really who Yo was until I watched the public twitter meltdown and ensuing 3 + years of chaos from AFE.
 
Whether Alice “wins” or not her previous life is over. No more red carpet events, first class travel, million dollar home with a pool, nanny and housekeeper, Baby Angel and happy perfect family to post pictures of for likes, or kind responsible man and father to help get through this life. No one to clean up after the constant messes she makes. And one day soon the girls are going to turn on her and there will be no one to take them off her hands. She’s definitely up tit’s Creek without a paddle as @sweetnessfollows illustrated recently. I’m so here for it and can’t wait.
