I think it's about the facts on the ground rather than narratives at this stage. I doubt Dupee praised AFE's parenting or behaviour - but the conclusion was nonetheless that the kids should stay with her as other options were more harmful to them. There was a huge runaway risk I already mentioned. I will be interested to see if her PA will be financially penalised, ie. if IG can't spend any meaningful time with them, does he have to pay full CS? I hope not actually. Would serve the bleep right.

We will know a certain amount from AFE's Insta as the kids will still be used as props and there will be more pap photos too even if we don't get the full story.

And people do take Tattle seriously, seeing as news outlets like Alice's fave, the Daily Mail, are glued to certain threads (like this one) and frequently steal material from them.

That reminds me. I want to say I really enjoyed this little trip together. It’s been a [alice caps] MUCH NEEDED distraction over a pretty stressful couple of years. It’s really cool how so many different people from different places realised what she was doing. I happened to have Lorraine on in a hotel room. Then like so many others, I was directed here from her Twitter.

Tattle gets a bad press but this thread was always about calling out the many forms of covert and not so covert types of abuse Alice engages in. I was just thinking though there’s an expression about not becoming the person you despise? The trick is not lowering yourself to their level and becoming like them without noticing. Alice and ‘Tone’ are “both” very vulgar and crude. I feel icky just seeing their tweets, her pervs and misfits are gross too. Ironic when you think how upset she gets about Trump supporters. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyway, without tattle they have no audience, they really have nothing. I guess Alice will start her socks up now the assessment is over. Like anyone cares at this point. (Get a Job!!)!

Maybe. Although, Ioan wasn’t seeking full custody. Could be that 50/50 was granted and this pair of gruesome gaslighters will chalk that up as a “win”….

One of the funniest things revealed was that AFE was constantly threatening to divorce IG. Then when he asked for a divorce, all hell broke loose with threats, faked abuse diary etc.

She needs to be careful with the threats as the kids will be able to leave when they are older.

That wouldn't be a win for her. She would be raging. She asked for 100% and I think she got it.

I did kind of wonder its an impossible task for the therapist. The kids would be absolutely feral if they were forced to move in with Ioan to undo the parental alienation. They are too old. Also like it or not Alice was their on paper primary caregiver (we know it was gloria) but on paper it's Alice . Ioan spent a lot of time filming especially when they started to get older. The relationship between him and B would break down.
There's no answer forcing reconciliation, shared or full custody for Ioan will mean more trauma for the girls.
Its just a tragedy those poor girls having that selfish mother.

tbh I actually think for Ioan completely isolated based on what is feasible after all the damage Alice has caused it would be the best outcome, because any custody for him would have meant a ton of pain with the danger of being assaulted again/runaway/false accusations etc etc. and all that for at least one child with very little hopes of improvements. that way he could fully focus on moving on entirely without having to feel any guilt. Everyone has also seen the indisputable evidence against Alice, so everyone knows that he is the victim in this situation here and no fault can be placed on him. The kids can also not blame him (I'm sure in a few years they will regardless though) for not trying.

Of course this scenario would be the absolute worst for the children, because not only would they be continued to be raised by a completely dysfunctional parent that has made them dysfunctional as well, but they will likely also be raised in much lesser living conditions than with their dad (unless Alice grifts her way through)

I wouldn't be too surprised if Ioan anticipated this scenario and just wanted closure. His lawyer clearly said as much in a court hearing in august that he simply doesn't know how to proceed with this issue given how far gone the kids are. I wonder if the evaluator has suggestions for that too, or if it's simply just more therapy

Alice isnt winning majority of custody before any trial. The evaluator just makes suggestions what is the best, which judges do tend to follow largely, but of course the details often differ. And the lawyers are allowed to interrogate the evaluator at the hearing which can influence the judge's decision as well. This case is also extra complex due to Alice's DVRO.

But of course regardless what a judge says in the mental state the kids are in (or at least were, 9 months ago) it would be very unsafe for Ioan to have any time with them. In the short term the question has always been on whether the kids will be removed to a neutral party or if Alice gets financially penalised for what she has done rather than rewarded money for it.
