Yeah but I doubt there is a person on this planet brave enough to give her a cuddle or an orgasm, and she seems so permanently pickled on substances of one kind or another I don't think a joint or ten would cut it. Maybe we should do a Gofundme for a vibrator for her?
 
I fully believe that if Ioan had sense enough to have a chaperone, he absolutely has hidden nanny cams. For most of us, that'd be the very first thing we did. Might explain the radio silence and lack of bombshells from mAlice if she's been blindsided. And she's quite probably been served a notice to preserve all electronic comms from x date to y date (I watch too much LawTube!) after the latest f*ckery.

It’s so frustrating that Ioan’s team hasn’t pushed for reunification and sole custody sooner. But I guess hindsight is 20/20. We could all see that things were going down this path from the get go, but maybe it would have been much harder to convince a judge. It’s such a catch 22 that in order to prove severe alienation, they had to allow it to happen.
 
I’m sure Ioan’s team will want the metadata on the injury photo. Could be interesting.

I doubt she will. It will give I and B’s lawyers more ammunition to go after her and demand psychiatric evaluations of both her and the children. She has been very careless this time, even more than before. Multiple socks that are obviously her, Loopy posting a picture of Ella that only Malice could have provided, Tony setting the scene days before, the DM article. The RO application is the only thing she has to push her narrative forward. Without it she’s even more exposed. Plus, she really believes she can get B deported.

I doubt a judge will dismiss this given that it involves a minor child. Alice can file the motion but since she doesn't have sole custody, Ioan can object as he still has joint legal custody. There's a lot more to it if the other party is a minor.

Given that mAlice so wisely fired her latest attorney before this idiotic gambit, she probably had no clue that by filing for a TRO/PRO, she’d invite the level of scrutiny from CPS that she’ll now be subjected to. She’s probably desperately trying to backpedal and figure out how to make the whole thing go away. Oops! Too late for that. She’s now set a process in motion in which she doesn’t control the outcome. The CPS investigators, Court assigned therapists, and the court will control the outcome. I think that terrifies her. In a long line of dumb moves she’s made, this may be the dumbest yet.

I know what Alice is doing to those kids mental health is unconscionable but I also feel so sad on the normal things they miss out on. They’ve been through the pandemic and all this tit.

If Ioan is not in their lives they won’t have holidays, beach days or go hiking. They’ll miss out on relationship’s with extended family. They won’t get to visit the UK and see Wales and England which are a part of their heritage.

Imagine paying all that rent for a BH postcode but never taking your kids away.

She may not be able to take them out of state whilst the divorce is ongoing but the whole point of living in California is there are so many fantastic things to see and do.

She can no longer use the excuse she can’t afford to take them to a theme park - she has just prioritised keeping them in a gilded cage over everything else.
