So he needs to push for immediate action based on the fact that she’s doing irreparable harm to his relationship with his children.

There are programs in CA specifically designed to reunify children with an alienated parent. It’s true that PA is sometimes alleged by abusers in order to negate legitimate abuse concerns that the child or other parent has, but in this case Alice is 100% the classic alienator.

The cost of the therapies for the girls should come out of Alice’s share of what she’s awarded in the divorce.

Some of the things that Loopy uses as examples of Ioan’s cruelty really wind me up.

Loss of the housekeeper, despite Alice not working, having no other commitments and the kids being in school.

Not paying for a private school even with no guarantees that they could afford it on an ongoing basis for one child never mind two.

Selling the house and downsizing to run two households with only one earner.

Meeting their father’s partner. Most kids of divorce have to interact with one or both parents’ new partners. Many have to stay with them regularly - it’s only such a trauma for the girls because Mommie Dearest has painted her as a monster who stole daddy.

He must be bloody stupid to believe Alice that normal life events are traumatic and should be regarded as abuse.

I don't know about California, but State I live in, once a case number is assigned, it gets assigned to a specific judge, which then require them to file a motion to dismiss, The judge will have to review the motion and the complaint. I doubt a judge will dismiss this given that it involves a minor child. Alice can file the motion but since she doesn't have sole custody, Ioan can object as he still has joint legal custody. There's a lot more to it if the other party is a minor.

tbh I doubt they care too much. Not even Alice's tweets with her actual accounts appear to be the reason why she was charged back then (although we dont know what her 2nd charge was), and well, it's just a sock with little to no reach.

It's just funny (sad) how she hasnt moved on one inch.

I think this is often a part of the narc personality. My narc ex was incredibly manipulative, always playing games with people, whispering poison in people's ears. He liked to claim people called him the puppet master but after we broke up and I could look back clearly and not from within the tornado of lies and confusion a narc creates, I realised nobody but him called himself that. The hilarious thing is his ego was so huge he wanted people to see him as this puppet master who was so much smarter and more superior that he could manipulate everyone without them knowing what he was doing, but he still was rational enough to realise that if people knew that he wouldn't get away with it anymore.

Alice is the same. She thinks playing these games makes her the smartest person in the room, but her ginormous ego needs everyone else to see that too, so she puts it all out on SM and shoots herself in the foot every time.

Anyway important news from Tattle HQ.

Tonight Ma Gruffudd is hosting a vigil so we can remember and pay our respects to all the poor socks that have been killed off in Alice’s campaign of destruction.

if you cannot attend in person please put a candle on your window sill for the many woolly friends that have been lost in Big Al’s fight for survival.

Their sacrifices will not be forgotten.

I 💯 think that mAkice was shocked when IG finally realized that he was never gonna escape the constant cycle of insults and abuse, her spiraling alcoholism with who knows what else and that his efforts to do so for his children’s sake wasn’t helping as the children, in Big E’s case, were following her lead. No amount of affairs or drinking could hide his reality (& I suspect he DID do these things especially in early days as a coping means- they didn’t marry for a long time - I think they both probably played that dramatic game in their early years after all they started their relationship behind Oliver’s back). I think he finally realized he needed to sober up - not just from alcohol but the myth of their existence as a family she tried to force upon them - living beyond their means, with housekeepers and Nannie’s (for school age children when mAlice was a stay home mother !!), and pretending that mAlice’s outbursts and constant drama were just quirky wife moods or part of her “ailments”. He tried to get her to get healthy, get counseling and all he could before leaving. I honestly imagine his heart wasn’t in it but for his daughters sake he probably did it. And mAlice mocked him and gave it no effort. On SM she has made it 💯 clear, compromise is not in her vocabulary. Remember her email/text demanding Ioan move into garage? She for sure wanted them to stay married for benefit of her social media appearance - Ioan trapped in garage and only allowed to leave to make money for overpriced schools for her babeez and a caretaker to pull mAlice off floor every morning and do all the cooking and cleaning.

I think the nannies and housekeepers probably weren't an issue for Ioan at first. They were both living that Hollywood lifestyle where it's the norm for celebrity/rich couples to have a team of nannies and housekeepers whether the wife works or not. And Alice was still getting some acting work throughout the marriage. I think part of the reason he stayed so long is that both of them were trying to keep up with the Joneses and keep up with that facade.

You have to remember that Loopy has no experience with relationships with other actual humans. He has absolutely no understanding of marriage or love or caring for children. He’s a creep and he freaks me out.
