I’ve been reading about legal remedies for parental alienation in California. The best information I could find is that the court will determine the remedy based on the severity of the alienation. For mild to moderate cases, both parents will retain some degree of custody/visitation, and reunification therapy will be court ordered. However for severe cases of PA, this is when the court will consider entirely removing the child or children from the alienator and placing them with the alienated parent, along with intensive reunification therapy. The theory here being that re-exposure to the alienating parent will continually undo any progress made, so that the need to reverse the PA outweighs the usual presumption that it’s in the child’s best interest for both parents to have custody.

I think with the new false allegations of physical abuse, mAlice has put the nail in her own coffin. She’s just handed Ioan the evidence he needs to prove severe PA. I think he should ask for sole custody with reunification therapy. The biggest challenge with that will be that apparently it takes up to a year to get all of the therapist’s evaluations and reports done. So he needs to push for immediate action based on the fact that she’s doing irreparable harm to his relationship with his children.

There are programs in CA specifically designed to reunify children with an alienated parent. It’s true that PA is sometimes alleged by abusers in order to negate legitimate abuse concerns that the child or other parent has, but in this case Alice is 100% the classic alienator.

I'm very fearful about this tbh. It's clear to me, no matter if Ioan fights for custody (which imo he should give up on Ella for now because she will probably keep filing restraining orders, it was already in that january walkout obvious that this was the target all along) or not Alice will ultimately reach - after a short high - rock bottom again because ultimately her victim will keep standing up and live his life. The escalation will be higher and higher, until somebody dies probably.


Alice's bestie claimed when she published the article that his lawyers received the papers, but then again she is talking so much hot air lmao


the request was already in the court system. I mean I immediately found the case number and all after seeing the article. What wasnt in the court system are any documents with the details (e.g. that a incident happened on a visitation with Elsie), obviously papers have always their sources, but in Alison's case it was obvious who the source was. And yet she tried to pretend that she got a freelancer to pull the documents from the court (is that even possible? that its available in court, but not electronically?), but if this was the case she would have more details than this lmao (unless it's just the RO request and under "last abuse" they wrote something like "incident at fathers home while on visitation with sister"?, but normally you are writting a proper declaration)

maybe to be served/arrested in Atlanta while filming to fully embarrass him lol

I also worry that the fuckwit will stop at nothing and after this stunt over the weekend, I actually worry that I or B will be physically hurt by Alice or someone on her behalf and really does concern me.
Let's imagine, the divorce is done and dusted on the 3rd. Ioan decides to cut ties with Ella for the time being (which I think he should) for whatever reason and for now, she either doesn't want to see him and that's truly her wishes or that excuse of a mother has put her up to it. Elisie decides she does want to see her dad, 50/50 and all the child support is sorted.
There is now nothing mAlice can hold over him, effectively all ties are cut. Then what is she going to do? As she can't get to him anymore...and what she might do next, is what really worries me

Remember wolf boy took a step away from Alice when the RO was granted and declared he was going to concentrate on Amber.

Amber didn’t thank him. I reckon he only went back to Alice because without her the only interaction he gets with a woman is when his mum shouts ‘Lights off now Alex, time for bed’.

They could have. But I would expect there would at least be notification on the docket that parties were served and what order was filed, without the specifics being available. And they would have had to file a motion requesting the documents be sealed with a rationale as to why it was necessary, and that would be publicly available as well. There are also penalties for revealing sealed material so Alice giving this info to reporters could be potentially very interesting, if proved.

I think this attempted PRO will stall like everything else in AE's life. IG and BW will not be served.

Maybe it finally hit Big Bird what a mess she created for herself with this TRO request . This will give Ioan the opportunity to ask for all kinds of services for Ella and Elsie. She and the girls are now in the system. Ella wanted CPS, she's got CPS now.
There are going to be interviews with Big Bird, Ella, Elsie, Ella's school, her teachers, the school counselors, the school nurse, her report cards are going to be scrutinized, if she is being home schooled, what online classes she is taking, reports on her sessions, completed work, etc, then interviews with Ioan, his social circle, the chaperone, etc. This is going to be interesting times for Big Bird.

What if they withdraw the PRO request? Does all this go away?

Alice isn't that stupid, she knows exactly what Bishoff is about. But Alice will use, exploit and abuse the connection as much as possible then cry betrayal of her very bestest friend all over SM when Bishoff doesn't do what she wants or drops her. They're both using each other and Bishoff is just as likely to turn on Alice the moment it gets her more column space.

Exactly. However as things have been allowed to rot for 2.5 years chez Evans, I fear for the safety of both IG and BW. BW could be attacked verbally and physically and IG more verbally attacked than physical although you never know. She might need a foster placement.
