I’m guessing her realtor friend will find her something. Although she will be putting her reputation on the line recommending Alice. Any landlord would do a search and say hell no. She is exactly the sort of tenant who would refuse to pay rent because of water in the tap.

It was the same here and now housing prices have hit a slump unless you are in really high end homes. She was so dumb. If they had sold 18-12 months ago they would have made such a killing compared to what they will get now.

Tbf, with her figure she could pull it off, but from what we've seen her wear in the past, this doesn't look like her style at all. Even if the designer is from her home country!

I think the house will go into foreclosure with this latest concession to the bleep. There I said it and I know you’ve all been very polite recently using the bleep word but she is a nasty piece of tit and Ioan is too soft. Yes maybe it saves on court costs but he’s dealing with that thing.

I also wanted to mention that Mr Curious and I have only recently finished season 2 of the white lotus. It only occurred to me today that the American grandson/son in it is the spitting image of Ioan. Dimples and all. They would make a perfect father/son duo in any upcoming production. You heard it here first 😂

I don't know how it works in the US but not all buyers would want this (and both buyer and seller have to agree to it). Maybe it will limit the buyers or the price they are willing to pay, i.e. as a buyer I would definitely want some money off (danger money) if faced with the prospect of Alice as a tenant....she's not exactly a human dynamo when it comes to cleaning and moving out when required
