Mr Mimsy thinks he’s having Bucky favours at the wedding. I think not.
Aww could they not do wee mini bottles with specially printed ‘M33L4 ❤ Mr M33L4 dd/mm/yy’ labels?

ETA: Wait. Better idea.

I've said this before - Yo is too much of a gentleman. I can appreciate that he is a kind soul who doesn't want to further alienate his daughters by going after the mother they love (no matter how much of a nightmare she may be), and that he has played a very astute legal game so far. But none of them will have a moment's respite or a chance at a genuine reconciliation as long as Alice remains such an enormous influence in the girls' lives. Yes, they will scream and shout if forced to live with their father at this point in time, but they will get over it in the long run - and it would give them a shot at a happy life as functioning adults. They won't stand that chance otherwise, even with 50:50 custody. Alice will crush every last bit of progress they make with Yo (and Bianca), and she will ruin their peace of mind and prospects at every corner just to spite their father. I don't even want to think about what she will be like once they have to vacate the house and move into a humbler abode. Hell, she'll make Godzilla run for cover.

I'm a big proponent of harmony and diplomacy - but I've reached a point where all I can think is "Yo, take a deep breath and come at her with all guns blazing". It's the only language she understands, and I feel that it's the one way to ensure a vague chance at a normal life for everyone involved. Eventually.
I still think his lawyer have a strategy. Once they prise her off the house and the prospect of any money, prising her off the girls will be less difficult. Not willing to say more, not wanting to give her ideas.

Anyone know when the hearing tomorrow is and when we are likely to see the outcome. Is it just a meeting with the DA and the judge or is it something else. Have no idea how these things work.
its with the DA and I doubt we'll hear any of this unless Alice tweets about it

Alice did imply that she will start to tweet more properly after the 25th hearing, I wonder if she meant the 26th hearing, coz this makes more sense

It's an actual hearing in front of the judge with the DA presenting their request for an arrest/punishment of some sort. They usually happen at 8:30am from my experience and by what others have experienced as well. They seem to be held first thing in the morning.

I don’t have a good feeling about this new stipulation. Urgh.
Nor do I. A lot of people here think this was a win for Ioan. I disagree.

I looked back and re-read the stipulation mAlice backed out of at the last minute back in May 2022 that had been negotiated when Leon was still on board. When you look closely and compare, several things stand out:

- Point 2 of that stipulation refers to one appointed broker, now suddenly there are two. Lots of potential to stall things while two brokers haggle about the price, advertising, showings, etc. And is it a sure thing that the commission won't be higher because they presumably have to split it?

- Point 3 addresses a 30 day lease back, now suddenly it's "at least" 30 days. She will interpret the "at least 30 days" as "indefinitely." I can hear the whine fest already about not being able to find something suitable on such short notice when she's oh-so-broke and the baybeez have nothing to eat, not being able to move with the baybeez during the school year when they are already so traumatized about losing their childhood home, etc., etc., etc. Or does anyone really believe mAlice is out apartment-hunting today?! What buyer is going to offer a good price knowing the hassles they're going to have getting this squatter off the property?

- Point 5 states "Respondent shall maintain the La Jolla Residence in a clean and showable condition." We all have our suspicions about the state of that house now, but no such mention in the new document. Or do we believe mAlice is doing the spring cleaning of the century as we speak? There are also other references in the original stipulation to home improvements, which makes me wonder if Ioan was planning on sprucing the place up a bit before putting it on the market, which mAlice would have objected to because she wants the place rundown so it won't sell.

- No mention about putting mAlice on the title in the May 2022 stipulation. That bit made me laugh out loud when I read her preposterous "response" last week. I asked myself why on God's green earth would that be an issue 17 years after the house was purchased and 15 years after the wedding. But now, there it is. Why add notarial costs, etc., now in the middle of a horrendous divorce on a property that is being sold to avoid foreclosure? Huh?! Anyone know what's going on with this? Could this even be opening a back door to getting the pre-nup thrown out?

I really have been asking myself since the news broke yesterday why Ioan even filed a response to her response last Friday, then signed off on this on Tuesday. We were all cheering, thinking he and Anne finally had the beast exactly where they wanted her and then they agree to this watered-down version of a stipulation that actually had some teeth back in May. I suspect he only filed the response on Friday to get on the record about some of the lies she told there in her ramblings (which had nothing to do with the subject at hand, namely sale of the house) and to reemphasize how mAlice is wrecking his career (there were some more examples of threatening messages to him about destroying him in the attachments on Friday). This makes me think she has been contacting potential employers again.

Which brings me back to the DVRO and the judge rejecting Ioan's request to forbid her from contacting his employers, past, present or potential. I still can't believe that was dismissed, really thought that would be a no-brainer, given all the evidence Ioan had presented in his DVRO petition with threats and references to her contacting former managers, etc. My hope is that Ioan and his team stand fast about the DVRO breaches and about custody. It's long overdue that they go for the jugular, this stipulation about the house was not it.

Anyway, long rant, maybe I'm nitpicking about some of this, but somehow I have a feeling mAlice got a bunch of concessions again that she will not use to improve her and the children's lot, but will use against Ioan again. I think the house will ultimately go into foreclosure.

In our hearts, we all know she will not go quietly but we have to believe that IG's lawyers have his best interests and there is a plan. I think in the latest documents, if the agents fail to agree because of the client, it ultimately goes to the judge to make decisions.

A decent 2 bedroom in WeHo would start at about $3500 a month. She would do well to look elsewhere in the LA area where she could get more for less. But even so, LA anywhere is not exactly cheap.

Considering she does not go out of the house even to walk her dog or goes shopping just 2 times per year, she does not need to be in WH at all, she could get a place in Simi Valley or Ojai mobile village -- somewhere she could perhaps afford to buy or rent. It is better than camping out on someone's sofa or living on the streets.

Yeah, and another year goes by and this man‘s life gets trashed a little more, he gets poorer and the lawyers get richer.🤬😡

It looks like Alice is letting Tone (& Loopy) loose again (also I wonder if Tone doesnt know that his sister has a DA hearing tommorrow lol)

2.) commission is tied to the sale price, so no it wont be higher

3.) as mentioned at that point it's no longer Ioan's issue because the house is already sold, so if Alice decides to stay longer there she isnt screwing Ioan but herself

5.) It's interesting because all (even Alice's) suggestions had a point where they talked about how repairs are handled, they cut this out too. It seems like they generally cut the final agreement short (I mean Ioan's request for order to the court was like only two lines in the first place)

I only am really sceptical about the joint title, but I have no idea about this stuff and in his reply Ioan was opposing other things, but not this.

Also for all points: if Alice fucks around he can always ask the court to intervene (that's stipulated too), he just needs to have the balls for it

It's definitely a win, as the house gets sold to pretty much the conditions he wanted too, and I think Alice's brothers very coping reaction (see above) shows this too.

I really don't even think she's knows how to look for a property or do anything adult like tbh! I really do believe that, she thinks that she by some miracle won't need to leave the house. That's how delusional I think she is!

She's always been like that.
I recall from some interview she gave during the time she was with OP (someone posted it a multitude of threads ago) how she described having to manage on her own first time in her life when she first arrived in Paris and how she failed: after a few weeks she could not afford metro any longer (she jumped the gates) and did not have food, so if I recall correctly, she visited nightclubs and had men buy her drinks and food and then he met OP who took her in. Something like that.

Has Alice diagnosed herself with erectile dysfunction yet? *Snaps gum* Because there isn't much left. 🤷🏻‍♀️

---

She's a bleeping weirdo as well as being a bleep.

AE: I think it's pretty cool. I struggled to get past 5 months with both of mine and felt sad that they wanted to continue but there was no milk left! I'm inspired. And I LIKE that she has posted pics. She's owning it and potentially reassuring others who are doing the same.

It's inappropriate at 5 years old but then so is mAlice so of course she thinks it's cool.
A child should not remember breast feeding. 🤦🏻‍♀️

She probably feels she’s won because of the house settlement which says her name will be added on the deeds. She feels she can get her way. She never learns.
