from trial setting (Alice's lawyer actually indicated to not be available that date so could be later) to actual trial it'll probably take 5-9 months. With luck it's done in the summer (unless they settle earlier)

At a trial setting conference, the attorneys (it's unlikely either Ioan or Alice would attend, as they don't need to be there) basically brief the court on the status of the case. There is always a hope that the parties have settled privately and a trial/subsequent court date or involvement won't be needed. The next hearing, the RFO, refers to the request for an order to sell the house. That is likely to be decided/approved/denied that day. Because that is an evidentiary hearing, witnesses could be called. I would guess Ioan will be there. Who knows with Alice.

Same here!!! Exclaiming mournfully "im a fat bastard!!!" Then 10 mins later: do we have any of that lovely chocolate left? And to my astonished look: but I just cycled 80 miles! (Ps yes and had nice big healthy dinner after and by "any chocolate left" he means all slab… 🙄🙄😂)

I think it's because there's been a long delay in reaching agreement regarding the settlement that Ioan can be granted a divorce without anymore delay.

Has she ever mentioned this newest revelation of a symptom from fibromyalgia, or is it Alice jumping on yet another person's bandwagon as far as ailments? I can't see the whole Twitter feed, just what is posted here. Foam earplugs in her ears ALL DAY?
 
AE: Yep. I have to wear foam earplugs all day - because those kids programs are LOUD.

So it's all TV and devices chez Evans. Not surprising. As the court docs revealed, that's all AE does (plus drink) so the kids won't be any different.

As I said before, I hope Ioan gets full custody of at least Elsie. And Ella in the fullness of time when she is less enmeshed with AE.

Is tweeting someone’s own tweets and/or legal documents abusive towards the children who a) shouldn’t be on Twitter or b) is being told about it by their own mother. Or is showing them your Fanny abusive?

I think she flashed her flabby bum cheeks but either way - their eyes will have been bleeding.

Not only does she not wear shoes but no underwear either. Maybe she's too poor to afford knickers? :D

Actually, I would say she is working in heart disease and Cirrhosis and probably has high blood pressure. All because of her crappy, lazy, drunken lifestyle. But Fibro and that other BS? Nah.

I don’t even believe she is vegan. Bet she wolfs down burgers , fries and Panda Express with the girls.
