I dont necessarly think that. she simply tried to coerce him into not trying to help her with her SM/alcohol addiction (that fight based on timing appeared to be based on some very disgusting things she said on BLM back then, including fights with people in the industry, few weeks later he asked her to consider to shut twitter down to which she reacted badly on twitter, which appears to be the night she allegedly hit him). I dont think she thought he drifted away, more like she thought he started not behaving (i.e. no longer enabling her horrific behavior). in her tiny mind the option that he would leave a Goddess like her didnt exist, hence the threats.

What things? I thought that BLM would be right up AE's street. She even posted the eldest saying a BLM poem. She has always been keen to virtue signal on political twitter.

At the end of May 2020 Alice was arguing on twitter that people of colour should vote for Biden. I say arguing but she was telling people to do it and disparaging their opinions that the democrats had never done anything for them. She got her ass handed to her by a well known black actress from the lucifer series. It probably got back to Ioan through industry grapevines.

On how Ioan is addressing these legal battles with her. I don’t think Anne is bringing a butter knife to a gunfight. Alice on the other hand is bringing a toy bubble gun and acting all threatening.

it was this fight where she was attacking Franklin Leonard and Leslie Ann Brandt for criticising Biden for not speaking up on something related to BLM (dont remember what). Basically with the reasoning that criticising Biden it means you enable Trump etc. and then she went extra loco on him by accussing him of doxxing her kids just because he screenshotted her crazy comments etc. I recall Brandt liking posts at the time of people asking Ioan to get her under control and voicing disappointment that this is his wife. very bad look.

Note: This 19 January 2023 date is the conference date for the 20 July 2022 "Request for Trial Setting" to the Court to settle Dissolution of the marriage, Child Custody, Child Visitation, Child Support, Division of Property, Attorney Fees and Costs, Validity of the Premarital Agreement. It also listed an Injunctive Order (possibly for non-disparagement of the ex-spouse to the children or in public). Expect up to 3 days for this. <Ref: post #36, thread #123>
This conference for the Status and Trial Setting is where the parties can either inform the judge that an agreement has been reached or generally the status of it, or determine a date for the trial, if all things are ready for it, or make other orders (can end up in a back and forth). <Ref: post #761, thread #125>

I’m actually jetting off to Cape Verde in January for my 40th which is nearer the equator than where I currently am, and will use this line whilst reminding Mr Sh1tsandgiggles that his current self titled “beer belly“ probably doesn’t need dessert after dinner… (does anyone else’s OH moan about their “equator” whilst still consuming all the treats or just mine?)! 😂🤣😂 I personally don’t mind a bit of a belly but i do mind the moaning about it with a mouthful of chocolate 🫢😂

She can’t be allowed to get away with that. I really really hope Ioan’s lawyer is aware of her intent to do that and they have something in place to combat it.

Ok, so she wasn't criticizing BLM per se, it was that she didn't like uppity black people voicing any criticism of Biden (who by the way promised people nothing but more of the same).
