I absolutely fell in love with Aiden Gillen in Queer as Folk. His portrayal of a self-obsessed, quite unpleasant person was absolute class if memory serves (and it was... 25? years ago). I need to watch it again.

I've never seen him act well in anything since (I haven't seen everything he's in) but he gets a free pass because of my love for him in QAF 😂

Yeah, I feel the same. I can never call him a bad actor because he was so brilliant in it (especially in comparison to his co-star!).

Loved this episode and that last scene, with Rhaenyra and the dragons flying behind her? Oof.

And looks like the next episode will be a good one for those calling for more action. I had forgotten it's only 8 episodes this season. Can't believe it's almost over and then two more years.

I'm not sure I understand the last scene, did Ulf fly over Kings Landing on purpose so they could see their new dragons? And did Aemond turn around because he saw all 3 dragons?
Pretty much

The stones on wee Oscar Tully. Love it 😂

I’m guessing that Hugh is one of the bastard sons of Saera Targaryen then. If so, it’s quite interesting that he ends up riding Vermithor given his original rider was King Jaehaerys.
