There’s a LOT of ground to cover for 4 series. Not sure how far we’re going to get into it in the next ep cause admittedly the pacing is unpredictable, but there are new characters that are important, lots of battles, lots of heartbreak. I think it is missing some of the charm of GOT but if I am honest with myself, I didn’t think GOT was all that until maybe the 7th episode (with the exception of the last scene of ep 1 haha). Knowing how the story pans out, I think we’ve got a lot of good stuff to come.

With all of that said, I’m really hoping Emma knocks it out of the park with their acting going forward. It might be the way Rhaenyra has been written, but Emma feels a bit wooden right now. Lots of emotional things to come for Rhaenyra so hoping they get to flex their acting chops. They’re already a big hit on Tik Tok with the negroni clip lol

I have a suspicion that next weeks episode will either end with Aemond killing Lucerys as a cliff hanger style...or with Rhaenyra just finding out hes been killed! It would be a good way to end the series and a hint at just how brutal the war is going to get, IMO

That was my thinking too! Then Blood & Cheese in S2
 
I know it’s my own fault for opening up the spoilers but please make it somehow visible that the spoiler actually refers to stuff that hasn’t happened yet and not stuff from episode 9.

That being said I had a feeling something like this will happen but still. Holy tit

My apologies, I thought the spoiler tag would’ve been sufficient. I don’t tend to use spoiler tags for the episodes after the latest one has aired on Monday evenings UK time because I assume most people will have seen it by then (and if not they’ll know to steer clear of content online until they have).

I know he is from GoT, but Kevin Lannister always cracked me up. Imagine having two boys one named Tywin and the other one is just Kevin.

I'm holding out hope for a Craig or a Jim. I can definitely imagine a Jimmy Baratheon or a Craig Hightower 🤣🤣

I frequently quote Bobby B " start the _____ before I piss meself" or "Bow ya Shits".
Bobby B was a legend, but yeah he was a crap king but to quote him again and give him some credit he was surrounded by Lannisters. "Every time I close my eyes, I see their blond hair and their smug, satisfied faces."

I haven't got around to reading all the book yet but I didn't think there was source material for this story line. He has affairs I think in the book, maybe the plan is to stem it from there?
