Does he never speak to Clemmie about her job then?! . I’m truly starting to think he’s trying to passive aggressively cause her extreme anxiety in the lead up to this hearing next week. Alternatively, they have zero legal representation and zero clue about how to demonstrate remediation and insight on Clemmie’s partIt got like this because people have been voting a Tory govt in since 2010. And he’s definitely one of those people. What a numpty.
What is up with his latest story? Showing him without shoes so he can go move the car and not get a ticket?
If you've got time to film it, there's time to put some bloody shoes on.......ick.
This does make me laugh. All that money they’ve spent on that house and they don’t have a parking spaceWhat is up with his latest story? Showing him without shoes so he can go move the car and not get a ticket?

I don’t think Ive ever read a post or story by Simon, which is error free.Flashnews for the people who loves stereotypes like Sly, I'm a woman who thinks like this as well!
It’s the “allegation type” which is published 5 working days in advance - per the website: “The 'Allegation Type' will read, "To be confirmed" (TBC) until five working days before the hearing start date.” The allegation type has been published “FTPCSH” (if you look at the coding at the very top of the page, you can see what each line stands for eg name and so on). Below it confirms it is a “misconduct” hearing ie fitness to practise impaired by reason of misconduct rather than health or capability. FTPCSH confirms it is a substantive hearing - ie one where the evidence will be heard. Interestingly, the NMC don’t seem to publish the allegations in advance. Lucky nurses and midwives - the doctors and dentists get them splashed on their respective websites sometimes weeks in advance! It is probably possible to get a copy of the charges in advance by contacting the NMC though and they will be set out in the findings. Anything related to health etc would be redacted but that doesn’t seem to be relevant hereAccording to him he is slamming her for not putting petrol in the car after a long, possibly late night journey. The weekend before her hearing which is due some time in the week from Tuesday. That is a very bitchy thing to do. The charges are supposed to be published five working days before the hearing so it looks like the hearing won't start until Monday 6 March as no charges appear yet on the site.
