@LuBiLu I agree, 18th in the queue is nothing, I rang my village practice the other day (about 6 doctors) and was 29th in the queue. Needless to say, I didn’t get an appointment. It took 3 days of calling at 8am to get one, and I still consider that a win! 18th would be bliss! He’s an idiot pure & simple

I thought 18th was pretty good too, ours often is 30ish in front of you, and on hold for an hour but it's something you just accept and wait. Obviously he's too important to wait on the phone!
