The likelihood is this being true? Very slim I reckon. I don’t know why Irum makes up so many lies  To falsely satisfy her inflated ego perhaps? And she’s banging on again about finding someone to give those broken cookies too. The way she attempts to push this narrative of her being so giving and charitable is horrible 🤦🏽‍♀

Dude, the charity thing magically happened today??? “ oh what do you do with your cookies” you claim to have social anxiety I think but I know we all do… but you talking to someone in customer service? When you would always get your MUA to get your coffeee from starbieesss?? And now you magically asked that girl what she does with the cookies?? And you will give it to a homeless person. Wow do I believe that for a second no!!!!

also that troll thing exactly he was so nice and you went offf on him for no reason! It makes me think she is just a god dam bully her whole life and it’s staring to show.

and I do agree she uses the culture as a way of people stirring up a conversation because everyone in the USA is talking about how great it is and trying to make it into the federal level. So I just wish that since she is South Asian to still respect others cultures and stuff and be happy that hey Diwali is getting its recognition after years!!! And our ancestors would be proud. One step in the right direction.

and then her blind deff attitude in her reel of her just Eatting the ice cream like bro? You are at a wedding celebrating someone’s best day! Like maybe you could Google the lyrics or idk maybe seem happy about it but you acting like it’s painful to be present is just sooooooo horrriyfying. Like you could try to learn?Do all Hindus knows Punjabi music etc. I feel like she doesn’t ever wanna try things but will sit and complain like her

god dam personality is complaining and being tone deff. And it’s not classy!!!!!!!!!!!

Idk everything about her is just mean girl vibes day after day

Also that fake? Award you probably paid for is what you are looking at brah that award wasn’t even given to others in Sephora and they are doing wayyyyy better than you.

Ranavat did a Whole DIWALI party for her group? Why not do a Diwali party for the people in your warehouse or people in your team? They are SA this is our holiday! Christmas is not our holiday!!! So the fact she can’t even give back to her own group? And she treats them like shittt. Mind blowing. Like I’m sure you also sent out your stuff to other UK influencers why not invite them to a dinner to celebrate the new year? Maybe then people will like your brand.

also she said she won’t “Sephora” her brand cause it’s not luxury she will only do your Nordstrom but to be fair. Fable and Maine and Ranavat are in selfridges but they have worked hard. For gods sake that Deepika is in Ulta and all of them are so kind to the people they work with!! And they throw parties for the people they care. Any south Asian right now has throw a Diwali party for its influencers!!!!!!! Just look at what Ranavat did!!!! Like these are brands you need to support that give back to NORMAL everyday people like us.

i get where ur coming from but i think it's a bit of a non-issue. there is a large muslim community in south asia too and they do not celebrate diwali so why are sikhis villainised if they want to raise more awareness about bandi chhor divas instead? just pointing this out as these threads have a huge sikh audience as well and we do mainly celebrate bandi chhor divas which is celebrated on diwali but our celebrating bandi chhor divas does not take away from diwali and vice versa should not either

if anything she can use bandi chhor divas to celebrate in the ways that you suggest - giving back to her customers and her employees as seva is such a huge part of sikhi anyway. however she will not do any of that because she only mentions sikhi when it gets her clout

there is tons that erim does terribly online and we have sooo much to talk about on a daily basis because erim really does only have one working brain cell. but when it comes to sikh narratives and dialogues online, i just ask that we be mindful of what we are saying we expect sikhs to do in relation to hindu or indian customs and culture on these threads.

Of course she had to show off again that she’s gonna give her free food to the homeless

it is soooo distasteful whenever she makes stories like these

honestly her content is so terrible. as we all have been saying for several threads now, she tells us she only shows us 10% of her life but that's because that is the 10% that has any activity in her life at all. she makes all of these absolutely pointless stories.

i was about to start listing so many ideas of what she can make content on but then i realised she would have an excuse of trolls for every content idea. she can't make content regarding her hair anymore as everyone notices how thin and lifeless it is as well as her balding being soooo apparent now. she cant make content about anything related to sisterhood because she always makes it about herself and everybody has started to notice her facade of sisterhood and how inauthentic it feels. she can't make fashion content because she has the absolute worst 2016 style. she can't post about her day because when she does that she ends up complaining about EVERYTHING and who wants to spend their time on social media reading about someone complaining about absolutely nothing? her space, platform everything about her is just not a positive experience for any of her audience. and this is why she has completely run out of content ideas. nobody wants to see anything from her anymore. at this point she should give it up. she would be lucky if byerim gets bought out and she would get to delete social media and live a life off social media. honestly it seems that it is what she needs for her mental health anyway from how many "headaches" she gets (aka how often she gets exposed for lies)

😭😭 I watched a few of bobble head Irums stories today after ages and clearly lost braincells in doing so 😭😭

Really well said @classytikkamasala

Beautifully put @classytikkamasala ! South Asians are not a homogenous group (much like us Central Asians) and that rich diversity is what makes life beautiful. We must always honour each other's traditions and histories, create space for each other to speak, thrive and share our experiences.
I realise how naive I am in saying this, but I truly believe it, we can be different but still united and strong when we stand side-by-side regardless.

I see so many of my Sikh friends volunteer with groups like Khalsa Aid, do charity hikes, be part of professional networks where they talk about Sikhism and share the tenets of their faith with others in the workplace etc. It's galling to see Irum never do an act of charity unless it makes her look good (she is the Crab Queen of Clout Chasing so what else do we expect...) - I cannot imagine how she thinks giving away scraps of food and her leftovers to homeless people is an act of charity. It's incredibly disrespectful and demeaning to give food that is not fresh or will not give someone proper sustenance. To give is a core part of many faiths - especially Sikhism - and that requires a level of humility and selflessness that Irum does not have and never will have, because she is so selfish, stupid and too proud.
I remember how she filmed herself in her car calling a homeless person over to her and handing them leftovers through the window, instead of going to them in a respectful manner that would make them feel safe because they are so vulnerable. I think at this point she should just probably stick to foot photos and be done with it

Why couldn't she buy a fresh cookie when she was at it? And be like hey heres a FRESH cookie ( im sure 5euros) won't harm her!!! && its New Year season soooooooo it is a great start to 2023

Also is she muslim? Like was her mom Muslim?
Precisely! Buy the fresh cookie or a sandwich with a bottle of water and a warm drink. She only has one functioning brain cell, but isn't it amazing how you immediately thought of that and this nitwit got super happy over a bag of scraps?
I'm not sure what Almas means in Arabic. Almas is her mother's middle name, and it's also Erim's middle name. She's very tight-lipped about her mother (which I can understand but also don't whenever she references her death in a very superficial manner). Her mother was a Muslim-Pakistani lady, who like Irum's dad, was born and raised in the UK. She's not half Muslim (I personally don't think you can be half of any religion - it doesn't exist as a concept in mine), but she has embraced Sikhism in her own weird and...quirky (I think is the polite word) way

https://justentrepreneurs.co.uk/meet-the-founders-interview-series/meet-erim-kaur-founder-of-byerim Have you guys read her latest news press

1) We’re best known for our viral hair and beard oil that has sold out time and time again since we launched in 2019, and we’re now a multi million pound business. >>>> uhhhh??
2) I’d spent years crafting and finding the perfect balance of ingredients and I wanted to be able to share the recipe that helped me transform my hair. >>>>> i thought your grandma had the secret recipe when you were 8?
3) l so turn to social media for inspiration quite a lot so will usually take time to scroll and let my brain come up with new ideas, ways to keep us going and get over any hurdles we’re facing. >>> so you read this page *just admit it* or to steal ideas *admit it*

ahhh Muslim_ Pakhi and her dad is full Sikh? So maybe thats why she was never left with anything cause maybe like the parents or culture barriers exist? And maybe thats why she is anti- Hindu?

Almas is a Muslim name. her mum was pakistani muslim (not sure if she was ethnically Punjabi / or of any other ethnicity from Pakistan)

Also: she's playing dress-up as a scientist and trying to give her untested products some "credibility" - I had to laugh. She puts on a pair of glasses and thinks she is clever and believable. I have a Ph.D in this field, but Irum and her father seem to think they can buy a few certificates from private companies and call her products "dermatologically tested" "dermatologically approved" to try and fool people when they aren't.
Her products haven't taken "years" to be formulated nor have they been tested enough - it is extremely obvious that they've not gone for clinical testing. She dropped the oil in 2019 and her S+C a month ago. That's not years of creating. She has done a botched job on every single one of her products.

She can try and use the whole "our products aren't for everyone" line but too many people have had adverse reactions. They did not address those consumer concerns in a professional manner - they deleted them off Trust Pilot and tanked their reputation as an ethical business.
None of her products work. None of her product claims can be substantiated. None of those tests can be verified by public health bodies and the fact her products cause hair loss and major skin irritations mean that they are not reliable forms of certification! Well done for trying to try Irum and Mr Lally - ByErim's products are untested, unsafe and unfit for human health. I hope you get closed down by the authorities in England. Please save whatever dignity you have left and leave the safe, tested and properly made haircare and cosmetic products to those of us in the industry, who have earned our stripes and are well-educated in this

honestly hilarious how these other brands we mention on here - fable & mane, gisou, ranavat, etc - are not doing ridiculous things like this to prove their worth to their customers. her brand doesn't carry itself as a luxury brand.

hey guys i just wanted to come on here quickly as i saw one of erim’s stories and i’m confused/weirded out by it. it’s the one up today, where she’s showing a bracelet with a Surah from the Quran (i’m Muslim so that’s how i recognised this) and she said she found it in the boot of her car and wants one of her friends to claim it. firstly, why is she posting it on her MAIN story if she’s asking for her friends to claim it? secondly, why was there MUSIC on the background which is HIGHLY disrespectful? SURELY she should know this if she has Muslim friends that the writing on the bracelet is from the Quran, something which we hold sacred. i also find something else really odd but i could just be overthinking. the bracelet looks extremely similar to a Karra which Sikhs wear (a steel bangle which is same in colour) and Erim wears one too. i remember it being mentioned on here that her mum was Muslim. could this be Erim’s bracelet that she’s pretending is one of her friends? is she trying to deny / wash off any trace of any links to her potentially having Muslim relatives / her mum being Muslim? i know she is a Narc and i’ve studied Narc behaviour .. it just seems very oddly fitting? anyways, this may just be me overthinking everything but something about that story was just extremely odd and i’m surprised her Muslim followers haven’t caught up to it?
I personally think she is Muslim!!!! Based on this I think she genuinely is at that’s why (Dubai) and her side hustle…and her never being to India and always down playing it etc! And this would make sense… also if you are Punjabi you would listen to the music and all more ( she also doesn’t refer to the dishes properly) I low key think she is Muslim tbh and just doesn’t want to loose her audience so she pretends she’s not

It's bottom of the barrel garbage fodder. The fact she has to justify the "science" automatically tells you that none of her products have been properly made. I don't think anyone in their right mind would watch that and go: "Ah that sounds plausible" because none of it is. Even in a 1950s-style cringe info video she is still so aggressive and patronising.

I remember her bratty behaviour about the toilet roll too - her father must be so proud of how she's turned out. Rude, selfish, arrogant, fuelled by anger and deep insecurity, self-hating and proud as a pea hen. @hellomynameis_ God knows. She lies about the tiniest things, yet inflates the most stupid stuff. She is an unhinged, deeply volatile and troubled young woman who is enabled by her father and family, when they are the ones who need to stop her for her own sake

From that article: "The hair oil I had been used to making with my grandmother and the women in my family really helped me and I’ve been using this recipe since I was 14, so I couldn’t live without it." Her whole thing is how she grew up with no sisters, no mother and no women. What the hell is this? Has she been caught out on another lie? I think so! There's plenty of photos of her paternal grandmother, so she did have a female presence growing up. Bare-faced balding liar!!

I didn't realise that the bracelet had such holy engravings on it! Irum doesn't respect anyone or anything unless she can benefit from it or make money from it - including religion (hers and others). You are right: it's very stupid to post it on her main story (and not privately message her friends like a normal, sane person - then again she is neither of those things). She was recently at an Arab wedding so it very well could belong to one of her Muslim friends (I personally don't trust anything she says, does and posts because she's such a liar).
She's always got her khara on and used to wear a necklace with the name Almas on it as a pendant written in Arabic - perhaps in tribute to her mother, as well as her own middle name. I think she's very immersed in her father's culture and not as much with her mother's
