Just give them £15 to spend in the bleeping Lego shop. You’ve spent more on second hand tat that they didn’t ask for.
I assume it’s because in the shop she can’t control what they buy and they might want something different. she has serious issues about forcing them to play with whatever she decides they should play with.

Never seen a woman who would benefit from therapy more than Emma.

It's so true. The whole point is that they get to chose what they want! Just set a budget in the shop, they're not going to demand massive 200 pound sets. Get to the car and find some battered box of a Lego kit they're not even interested in. It's so weird.

Yes I thought that - so odd to be stood in silence like a pair of bookends. Either just turn the camera towards the band or at least try and look like you're together and enjoying yourselves!
Honestly there must be zero fun in their home, I feel sorry for the children.
