That last scene with Cindy walking off really showed how bad the new set is. Everything looks like its made of plastic and is squeaky clean. So unrealistic it took me right out of the story.

The Beale house must have 3 or 4 bedrooms so its possible they could all live there without Peter having to sleep on the sofa. If Kathy and Rocky move out I wonder if Bobby will go with them he's not going to enjoy living with Cindy.

I still think it's icky. Sharon and Dennis aren't related in the slightest in the classic episodes, and yeah, finding it just as icky.

Lauren and Joey were wrong 'uns. Why do soaps like to normalise cousin relationships?! It's so gross. (Emmerdale is obv the king of kissing cousins.)

I find Lauren and joey weird too! But most relationships in eastenders are to me. I even find amy and denzel odd even tho they’re not blood related in the slightest, there’s still a family connection there

i find it icky because they share a half-sibling (like dan and serena in gossip girl ) that’s just too close quarters for me!

i loved dennis and sharon and i know they weren’t actually related - but she actively referred to and treated him as her brother when he came back. even if their chemistry was

it’s nowhere near as ick as actual cousins lauren and joey though.

like the flash forward he's the dead body, getting his real life bestie Michelle Collins back on the show to give fans one last ever outing of Cindy and Ian it's all the big epic send off storyline kicking into gear now ready for Xmas day ?
