Long time lurker here but EE is so good at the moment I just have to comment!

- with Bobby & Anna I can understand they aren’t related but as it stands Ian & Cindy are dating so they are step siblings. Which obviously isn’t illegal but super weird!!

-Christmas death I’m wondering could it be something to do with someone Cindy was in witness protection hiding from? I can’t imagine she’s just going to come back and the witness prosecution issue is all fine…..but I can’t work out how it’s related to all the 6 yet but maybe she will make links with thrm

There are a few things that the last Peter did that just don’t suit the current/old Peter at all. Like you couldn’t imagine this Peter sleeping with Suki, or stealing Kathy’s money. He looks too innocent! The last Peter had more of a sinister look about him.
Has he seen Jay yet as well? Didn’t Lola sleep with Peter when she was on/off with Jay, that could be awkward.

he did sleep with lola (she was pregnant with jay’s baby i think? i can’t remember if it was before or after the abortion) - ben also knows about it.

i feel like they’re pretending previous peter was never there though 🤣 he was almost a completely different character! and was obviously part of that two year pandemic period where the whole show was just weird and so many storylines just got treated weirdly.

The new Peter is so different to the old Peter. The old Peter had a bit of sleeze to him, but the new Peter is coming across as wholesome and a bit dim 😂 I wonder what storylines they have in store for him down the line.

i think this current peter is most similar to the original character tbh - peter always was just a bit wholesome and a “good” person (usually used in counterpoint to ben, who is the worst). he probably is a bit of a callum type, but not as damp. i like that, so far, they’re staying true to that rather than trying to make him something he isn’t, which is why previous peter didn’t work at all imo.

I agree, old Peter used to be rather unapproving of his dad's Weasel ways. I remember when he was training to be a full time athlete/runner. He was the son who wouldn't do drugs or anything illegal.

We were told by Lauren that he was doing drugs in NZ but that was a surprise at the time.
Of course he's older now and not a youth who was disgusted with his old man's shenanigans.
It wouldn't suit his character to turn into another Ben though.

I couldn’t stand Dayle Hudson as Peter, he had a complete personality transplant lmao. I’m a bit young to remember Thomas Law as Peter back in 06-10. Ben Hardy’s Peter, however… 😍🤤
