Whatever it was that Dan convinced Debbie to not post anymore here or on social media was completely pointless! there are new members joinging this thread all the time and new people commenting on the social media it won't make the slightest bit of difference

Of course it was, because he is in control! God forbid he goes to a Dr, that would take away his position of power if he was sat with a dr.. who would probably take one look at him and tell him he is fucked! And overweight, and mentally unwell. By sending off cherry picked blood and hormone tests he is in control of the results he chooses to deem important.

He mist definitely is not!! A certificate is not training to deliver therapy.

From when I went back into education to retake some gcse, to when I'm a fully licensed forensic psychologist, that will mean I can deliver therapeutic strategies, its 10 years of study! 10 bleeping years before I'll fly solo from start to finish... he thinks he's qualified with a certificate?? Nah mate, give your fat head a wobble... its so dangerous to attempt to deliver cbt if your untrained!! You can re-traumatise people, you can re-victimise you can really damage someone's psyche and sense of self.

He doesn't see that- his ego is so huge - he will know better than you :rolleyes: it will be like when he told the vegan client that she shouldn't listen to Dr Greger and he also had studied plant based nutrition for 12 years 😄 He genuinely, genuinely believes that he is on a par with a doctor who has made it his life's work to study the effect of plants in nutrition and a large research team at Cornell University. The same guy that the other day when asked what the best book he had read on nutrition was and there was an akward silence and a blank look for ages before he said - 'How to be an awesome personal trainer' 😆😆 You couldn't make it up!!

I doubt he's ever read a book from cover to cover in his life.
 
The whole claim that he's "studied" anything is a bit crap anyway. Reading things on websites is very different to actually applying critical thought and actually understanding real research. I have two degrees, and it's only now that I'm doing my MSc and have taken modules in statistics etc that I am sufficiently able to analyse research to get to the real evidence. Even in peer reviewed, academic journals you'll be surprised at how many authors can bend the methodology of their research or the reporting of their findings to suit their bias. You have to know how to read the data yourself to critically judge whether a finding is sound and whether it can be widely applied or if it is only applicable to the study population.

Whanker doesn't have those skills, his education is lacking.

And that isn't a criticism of people who haven't got that education. But it is a criticism of someone who throws out claims of knowing equal/more than people who do, or who claims to be the best at anything, or who puts himself in a position of power and authority.

Amen to this!!!!!.... statistics are my absolute favourite, but you have to look at everything from who commissioned the research, the variables, the validity, and you can always find some paper to back up your beliefs, its just whether its a good piece of research because theres a lot of tit out there.

What's your masters in?

And her child, wonder what he/she thinks of Mum just going off for most of the week, surely she would want to spend schools holidays with them. And isin't she paid to look after disabled men, whose looking after them, her husband as well as looking after the child and working?
