I saw someone with a fabric shopping bag (in the shape of supermarket plastic bag) with the handles over her ears and the bag handing down over her nose, mouth and chest. I can only assume she went shopping remembered her sustainable bags but forgot her mask.

They are being pinged because they are using the app. I would be super annoyed if I was a business owner and had a staff shortage because of that app.

Super piece. The weather at the moment couldn't be any worse for them. If people will wear them in summer sunshine then a lot will wear them permanently because if you should wear one it would be during winter not now.
 
We had the hottest day on record today and people were still wearing them 😷

Excellent writing and a considerable warning shot across Boris's bows should he considering backsliding after freedom day. We know the Tories have removed PMs before without mercy.
 
It’s going bananas. Loads of people I know are finding lots of their colleagues are being pinged and testing positive. I’m still WFH for time being but it seems like it’s getting out of control, goodness knows what will actually happen Monday 😳

Covid is here to stay and won't die out. Anyone who thinks it will lives in a world of delusion. We need to learn to live with it. Very few viruses have ever been totally eradicated. I'm pissed off as people act like the vaccines should have got rid of it which was never the case. All along, it was said vaccines are to reduce severity which for the most part they are doing. I'm fully vaxxed and no longer going to live in fear. A year and a half of this utter shite.

Indeed it will be here for good it seems. I wish I hadn’t taken my mundane life pre-March 2020 for granted.
