Been obvious since last year. Surgeons wear masks. The rest of us wear a dirty rag known as a face covering. If during 'masks' being mandatory the only one we could wear was what surgeons use then it would have made a difference.
Depends... If you wear a triple layer mask with a nose clip and a filter then it's just as good as a medical/N95. If you wear a single layer cloth one then it will be tit.

I remember in Tesco once a guy came in with a bit of kitchen roll over his mouth (he was holding it with his hands). Luckily the stewards weren’t having it, not sure I’ve seen anything of a worse attempt than that lol.

I suffered awful migraines from the age of 11 until I went through my change. nothing ever worked on getting rid of them had to lay down in the dark for a couple of days then I would throw up and then fall asleep and wake up ok.
When I had one, I could not eat, drink, smoke, not even able turn my head.
I know people who would sympathise saying they too had a migraine and would be drinking coffee, smoking chatting away. Errm nope.
but saying that, some migraines are painless and people just get lights or a halo.
So not all migraines are the same.

That’s exactly what I’m like, I can’t do anything at all, moving my head a millimetre on my pillow results in a vice grip like pain on my head, can’t bear the light, nausea or vomiting, can’t eat or drink or move, just migraine tablets and sleep off and then am groggy for days. I don’t get any aura with mine

I saw a lady a metal outline of a mask with cotton wool clamped between the metal pieces

I work in a corner shop and all the way through this had customers just holding what ever top, they had on i.e coat,t shirt etc, over their mouth and nose. Would rather they went ''mask free' and kept a distance to other customers.
