So jealous of your negative tests! I’m day 8 and still waiting on one! My positive line this morning was so faint it’s literally only visible if you look closely. I’ve just done another and keeping my fingers crossed. I’m in Scotland so also still isolating.I never come on here anymore but just wanted to say I FINALLY caught covid 2 years in I test myself twice a week still for work and tested negative last Monday and then I woke up on Thursday with a bit of a sore throat so decided to do a LFT and there was a very faint positive….then I did another one later that day and it was strong positive! I felt fine mostly, I would have gone to work etc if I was allowed. Bit of swollen glands and a blocked nose for 3/4 days. Had my first negative test yesterday (day 7) and another today so I am released into the wild - for context I’m in wales so we still isolate. Overall 5/10 I quite liked the time off but I was a bit bored and spent too much on deliveroo.
This has sent me can we all do reviews of our isolation pleaseOverall 5/10 I quite liked the time off but I was a bit bored and spent too much on deliveroo.
I tested positive on Tuesday, going for my first walk today and leaving the house properly tomorrow as I need to do the food shop.. I can’t afford to shop anywhere other than aldi so home delivery out of the question. Will wear a mask and social distance as much as I can, but I have to feed us.Out of interest for those in England with Covid (or have had covid since rules changed) - are you still totally isolating?

Not being legally forced to stay at home now has its advantages for dog owners. Mine was going crackers when we had covid and were all at home but nobody was walking her.I tested positive last Friday, stayed in for the first couple of days then went out for some short dog walks, but I went at quieter times and made sure I kept a good distance from anyone. I did have to drop my car off for an MOT as well so just masked up whilst I ran in with the keys.
I've been negative since Tuesday anyway, so following the old government rules I would have left isolation on Wednesday but I did feel rough so didn't feel like going anywhere.
Still have to with my workOut of interest for those in England with Covid (or have had covid since rules changed) - are you still totally isolating?
It feels like covid never existed , due to the war elsewhere, no news about it, but it's still going on, only main hospital down here has stopped visitors cos theres been an influx of covid patients
