They say you can walk your dog? I don’t have a dog... can I walk my baby in a secluded area obviously!
Seriously though. It used to annoy me back in the early 2000s people used to get a cigarette break. I don’t smoke please may I get a fresh air breakThat’s what I said can I walk my kid

Ah back in those care free daysI used to smoke but quit when I got pregnant....and then realised how annoying I must have been at work
Yeah seen that in the news last night I was on Instagram before bed and guess what one of the adverts was ?? 02 very strangeSo.…...apparently the Gov't is now collecting mobile phone data from O2 phones to try and determine if social distancing is working. Apparently they can work out your mode of transport. This is not extended to other networks, and is "not designed to track you BB style"

It’s not really a case of not believing anything they say. They’ve always explained that the monitor the situation and decide on a day to day basis. At that time they didn’t want to close schools, then as it progressed they decided it was the right time to now do it.People saying we aren't going into lock down because the government said so the other day when last week they told us schools wouldn't be closing and a week later they did. Surely now, you'd realise don't believe everything they say?
Where did you get the stats one person an hour in the UK is dying from this?I don’t believe that they’ll achieve the level of under control they are looking for in the UK by telling everyone how mature we are and “advising” we stay home.
I already work from home so I’m already doing what France is doing, but the amount of people trying to find loopholes, let’s all go and drink in the park together or we’ll go to the supermarket multiple times a day is not going to work.
It doesn’t really get more serious than this, sorry to get dark but over 1 person an hour is dying from this everyday in the UK, the numbers are still moderate but this will change.
I think anyone who chooses to go against the social distancing advice (not people who have to go to work) should sign a waiver to say they’ll be further down the list if they need a ventilator.

they’ve said all along they didn’t want to make the moves too soon.
we have nowhere near as many deaths from this as most of the other countries so I’d say for now we are obviously doing something right?
I agree with the first part of this - one day at a time - but I’m wary of saying our numbers mean much. Our death count is lower but so is our overall infection rate. Which is what they’ve been telling us - we are a few weeks behind Europe. Both numbers are going to go up considerably. It’s not really a case of not believing anything they say. exactly I don't even bother listening to what they say about it as nothing can be trusted long term. they seem to have no idea what they're doing tbh. i don't get why they would rule out any possiblity at this stagePeople saying we aren't going into lock down because the government said so the other day when last week they told us schools wouldn't be closing and a week later they did. although here they're not testing people who don't go to hospital so our infection rate is probably a lot higher. i know 2 people who presume they have it neither who have been tested as they haven't needed to seek medical treatmentI agree with the first part of this - one day at a time - but I’m wary of saying our numbers mean much. But even AFTER lockdown Italy’s figures are slightly higher than ours? So what are they doing wrong?Even if that is the case we most likely will have too at some point people are still believing that we won't go into lockdown ever that lots of places will remain open. Maybe some are just trying to believe that if it makes them worry less which I can understand, but I know lots of people have full intentions of hanging out down the park drinking or planning on going on to the a pub that is still open in three weeks for their mates birthday. I think for some people they are struggling to accept the situation we are in but for some it can actually be more benifical if you can "mentally prepare" yourself for what's to come so it isn't a shock. Although that isn't the case for everyone I understand that but I worry for people I know that are so in denial of the reality of the seriousness of this. From our first cases at the stage we are at compared to when the virus was in countries like Italy for the same amount of time we are close in numbers and expected to follow their patterns. Sorry I know this is worrying for us all I am just someone who feels it actually helps staying as informed at possible. View attachment 97770 q
