TRIGGERED.
Hasn’t she been going on about playing sad romantic songs that make her cry?

I think when Cathy isn't pretending to be her 1001 labels she must be a good parent. Her daughters (the eldest in particular) isn't afraid to tell her to wind her neck in, which is a good sign.
I actually quite like Cathy when she isn’t pretending to be her 1,001 labels! I think she seems very intelligent with a good sense of humour. I just find this transition from fairly normal —> emo —> queer very odd to watch. Like watching your teenager find themselves but they’re 36 and a mother of two. I can feel myself thinking ‘You’re gonna regret those tattoos’ 😂 and I’m a fan of tattoos!

Me too, before she entered her try hard phase. I think all of the intersectional woke-ism is on trend and Cathy wants to make hay while the sun shines. Nothing like a freshly used sex toy to get the follow count up 🤮 And I say that as someone who thinks that sex and disability/accessibility is something that should be talked about, we just don't need the proof that it's happening!
It must be hard though when you've felt invisible and unheard for so long to suddenly have an audience. Before her multiple partners and crazy hairstyles transformation I really liked what she had to say.

If this person had already told the doctor this then fine but if they hadn’t, why couldn’t they just tell them instead of being facetious in answering their questions, just clarify with them 🙄

Why do that when you can deliberately lead them down the garden path to have a great story about heteronormaitivy or whatever 😂.

Years ago I had a smear test, at the time I was in a same sex relationship. The surgery was in the middle of the gay village and the nurse who I assumed to be an older lesbian asked about a sexual health checkup, then said, "because if you've ever slept with a man, you never know what you might have caught" 😂😂😂😂

It's perfectly fine to have a height preference, in the same way that it's OK to prefer blonde hair/brown eyes. It really doesn't mean that you are "excluding disabled people as potential partners". You don't have an obligation to date anyone!

Absolutely this!
As I’ve said many times I have the same condition as Cathy. I wouldn’t date a man with dwarfism for the simple fact that I’m strangely attracted to men over 6ft. I accept that there are men that won’t date me due to my height and disability, I don’t take it personally or hold it against them.

duck OFF CATHY. I honestly don’t see an issue with a young child understanding more what other people may have to go through by experiencing a fraction of it themselves, albeit briefly. Am I being completely unreasonable here?

I can’t stand that she acts as the voice for all disabled people, as though what she says is the party line. If I don’t agree, as a disabled person, would she just disregard my view and accuse me of internalised ableism?
