I like the ‘let’s not normalise placing value on how people present themselves’

Didn’t she not stop going bleeping on courting compliments when she chopped and coloured her hair a few months back?

Basically she thinks it looks tit shaved and doesn’t want to discuss it

She was literally begging people to comment, even trying to get her 5 year old to advertise her new hair colour to her classmates 🤣 Just own it Cathy, your partner/s made a hash of it and now you don't want your appearance to be mentioned.

It’s almost like she’s on a mission to make herself look as tit as possible. I wonder if it’s some sort of comfort thing in a weird way. Like if she makes herself look worse and worse style wise she can reassure herself that any looks she gets in public are from her tit style rather than people being nosy about her disability? She used to look quite well put together.

I have the same condition but I’m the opposite as I get older, I make sure my hair looks good, I know my hair and my eyes are my good bits. I make sure my clothes fit properly even if it’s bloody expensive, because a bit like the quote “people will stare, make it worth their while”…and I actually get a lot more positive than negative comments. Even if I don’t believe it or feel it inside it’s nicer, and almost like the average person is shocked to see someone different and disabled making an effort.

I genuinely feel sad looking at her. She doesn’t look a happy person, she looks like someone that’s given up.

I think there's a lot of this, from "alt" people (no shade, I've got fairly alternative style/hair etc) to "non-binary" people, lots of people who feel like they don't meet society's aesthetic ideal so they go out of their way to make a look or identity out of it, so they can try and take back control of the narrative about them. A laugh at yourself before the bullies laugh at you sort of thing.

Ah yes, she really hates capitalism doesn’t she.

Interestingly, she seems to have lost about 3k followers recently. She was on something like 33.4 thou and it’s now down to 30.2 ish

maybe it’s the crap Lego ad?

Also, I noted how ‘normal’ her clothes are in that lego add - black leggings and a plain coloured jumper, I assume to appeal to the ‘right’ kindof followers?

Interesting that we don’t see the cathy that has to visibly declare her many intersectionality’s and ‘uniqueness’ to the world when there’s money to be made.
