Oh oh is she having a 24hr tape fitted or a cardiac stress test do we think? I’m hoping for the latter can you imagine blabs on a treadmill

Morning cow bags! I’ve been awol all week. Mrbored and I had a cheeky weekend in Ibiza - no mini bored - with clubbing and some grown up fun! 😂😂😂. I mean I’ve spent all week paying for it but that’s neither here nor there 😂😂. Came expecting loads to catch up on and besides your good humour I’ve missed sweet duck all.

What a decidedly dull life she does lead. Goes nowhere, sees no one, does nothing. Unless a “she’ll make it look tit freebie”. Without her toddler content she’s got zero. Sat in her smelly damp house in a smelly damp polyester dress. She’s looking dreadful at the mo. I really don’t like to just criticise appearance as I’m a chubby one but my word her skin is grey and she’s bulking up at a rate of knots.
 
I really hope its a stress test- imagine Emma on a treadmill!! Now I will say that its been a few years since I was nursing so stress tests may have changed but ib my day they hooked you up to a ECG monitor and made you walk at a reasonable pace on a treadmill gradually increase the speed until you are too tired to continue! Which is Emma's case will be less than a minute!!! I REALLY hope when she has her follow up appt they say to her you have to lose weight before we can do anything. They WILL 100% comment on her weight. She is really stupid if she doesn't overhaul her diet and lifestyle.
But I will give her credit- I am trying to lose weight and she has inspired me to go the gym today to workout as one look at her and I'm like, "no way am I ending up looking like that"! So thank you Babs for that!!

Well we all know how she likes her sugar, so definitely sugar coat them 🤣. If I was the consultant I’d be telling her that she need to look at her little choices.

She's bulking up as she leads such a sedentary lifestyle - worse as she spends so much time on her fat arse lying on the sofa rotting or lying in bed and thinks this is good for her heart .... uh no babs exercise is key as is being a healthy weight!!

Also rather lengthy reel about ERIN growing up when she was at great pains to tell us this week she can't deal with ETHAN growing up and leaving primary school - make your mind up babs !!
