Now I will say that its been a few years since I was nursing so stress tests may have changed but ib my day they hooked you up to a ECG monitor and made you walk at a reasonable pace on a treadmill gradually increase the speed until you are too tired to continue! Which is Emma's case will be less than a minute!!! I REALLY hope when she has her follow up appt they say to her you have to lose weight before we can do anything. They WILL 100% comment on her weight. She is really stupid if she doesn't overhaul her diet and lifestyle.
But I will give her credit- I am trying to lose weight and she has inspired me to go the gym today to workout as one look at her and I'm like, "no way am I ending up looking like that"! So thank you Babs for that!!

What's a stress test?

What does she eat each day, I don't follow her closely but understand she is fond of a snack! I cant imagine taking snacks on a train as an adult with my husband!

A stress test involves walking on a treadmill or pedalling a bike at a slow pace to start, increasing speed to maximum capability and then reducing speed to a stop and rest, whilst sensors monitor your heart rate, pulse, etc., .. she'll hate it 😆 Oh, how I'd love to be a fly 🪰on the wall 😂😂😂

Re her snacking - it boggles my brain, too. I don't even take snacks when driving up country for 5 hours, or even on short haul flights, let alone a 2 hour train journey. She just loves to eat and it shows IYKWIM.

She is one of those people who eats for the sake of it. She uses food for reward, comfort and boredom. A lot of her over-eating is because she's bored. She comfort eats and uses sweets and treats as rewards for her kids and her sappy husband (an example is him "building" those easy as duck cheap plastic shoe boxes for her in return for some Haribo sweeties). Pleb. Greedy pleb.
 
10 years ago my dad had a collapsed lung and he eventually went to the doctor and ended up in hospital for 23 days (we had a hospital stay record going at the time) my mother could have murdered the consultant for saying how healthy his lungs looked after 30 years of smoking when he was talking to us post surgery. However difference is my dad ate a reasonable diet and did a bit of exercise each day.
 
Why does she talk to her children like they are toddlers. Oh by the way Babs toddlers would also know it's HEAR not HERE your cackly annoying foghorn leghorn voice ...,

oh and you PLEB followers will never get to meet him as you can only meet him at the PIXAR hotel na na nana na ...
