She looked so ill there. Seriously, I’m a year younger and I walk and hour and a half with my dog, up and down hills every single afternoon. I don’t look half that rough by the end!

She‘s not doing herself any favours for the future.

(5 years ago, I was 11 stone heavier and just waking my children to school and back, 20 mins would have me laying down and knackered after. I turned 40 and knew that would have to stop).

I’m just back from a couple of days away with a friend. I’m 61 and two days ago did a six mile walk carrying an 8kg backpack (training for a four day trek) in 25C heat. Yesterday I walked 12 miles, including a strenuous climb, and today I walked three miles in just under an hour before breakfast. I’m home now and going to walk the dog before getting stuck into the housework ready for the weekend. Might cut the grass later too if the rain holds off. Shes so lazy and will be lucky to make 50 without serious health issues.
 
I was just browsing my insta and I follow @fabfatand40plus - Caroline is stylish, shares loads of clothes recommendations and is always honest about sizing, particularly as she's nearly 6ft too. Like "I'm a 20 but ordered a 22"/"i didnt need a long, regular was plenty" situation.

Anyway, as I was watching her stories I thought to myself Babs wasn't even your size before her recent heart scare weight gain. How long do you think it'll be before any Babettes start calling her out on the blatant lies?

I know this is the equivalent of me telling you today is Friday and the sky is blue.

But it’s 5pm and Stink McSweaty is already in her DRESSING GOWN and pjs

I think she is depressed and possibly not aware of it. She thinks all the shopping and freedom to shop buys her happiness but I think I it does the exact opposite. Her lack of purpose fundamentally is depressing. Then I also think depression and lack of doing anything is draining her energy and her ability to go out and do anything.
She is in a downward spiral that she isn't really aware of because she isn't honest about her life.
So she fills it with quick watch, crappy dopamine hitting reality TV and shopping.
 
I’m sorry I’m still playing catch up (scream singing all night at villa park 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻babs maybe you should see some of the posts about our great city and the talent here Geezer Butler anyone?) but What. The. duck. Is she on? It’s giving me “not washed her hair” chunkadunk it’s the same as always your dress looks like someone should be buried in it and those tevas need to be burned
