Even if Vanessa does learn to mark her ads correctly to satisfy the ASA, there is still the issue of whether she should be using the BBC to direct eyeballs to her ads, which are, in effect, online billboards.
As an example, if Vanessa Feltz or Jo Good were advertising a certain item in a full page magazine ad, would the BBC allow them to say, "have a look at me on page 25 of Wow magazine..." I am sure this would be forbidden.
They get away with it as they imply that they are sending listeners to the socials merely to look at their dog, or their busy life, their old mum, or a pretty sunset they snapped, but neglect to point out that advertising appears there too.
