I caught the last hour of so of Vanessa Feltz, she is out of control mentioning her IG. She didn't even refer to it obliquely, she actually gave the @Vanessafeltzofficial handle, again using the MO that she is sharing her life and family, when what she wants is but more eyeballs on her ads. Jo Good did the same again on her show last night.

I certainly heard at least one mention JG made. I fell asleep after I heard her and Anna Webb talking during the Barking at the Amon section. They discussed walking with their dogs down Chatsworth Road because the puppy needs to be in a pack at age 11 weeks, the fact that they watched the new puppy jumping all over her litter mates at the age of 4 weeks, which is when Matilda would have died, and I heard them sucking up to a guy from the KennelClub about Crufts. Crufts, the programme the BBC stopped showing because of all the deformed animals allowed to be shown. Disgusting.
 
Today Vanessa shows her sundamaged chest with a name necklace from 1974 (Batmitzvah) to show that she was ahead of Sarah Jessica Parker and her Carrie necklace.😖

I’m frantically listening back to Radio 4 programmes previously broadcast, like The Kitchen Cabinet andA Point of View which has a good selection of short programmes. Zoe Strimpel has done a few including one about Rapid Home Delivery food services and another called The Child Question..

I’ve also listened to the Sandi Toksvig programmes on Hygge. Some are old and some are newer. They are OK to pass the time.

Insta account -yesterday, Vanessa Feltz has pictured herself in a bubble bath drinking champagne to the tune of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. Cringe. The outfit one today is almost as cringe.
 
I tried to listen to Desert Island Discs and had to turn off. I like Simon Reeve on TV but his voice was very irritating today. I might try later.

Ah interesting - I completely forgot it was on and also that it was SR who I usually really like. I'll have to try catchup for his voice!
 
At 09’11, Vanessa is talking to a listener and says she’s not allowed to take her coat off and advertise because it’s the BBC, but it’s in W9….. will have to go back and listen. Has she been told off for her directions to her new Insta account? will she be getting a lot of new bubble bath products after her appearance in her bathtub on Saturday night?

One fart from Feltz and that bath would have turned into a jet-powered hot tub in a millisecond.
 
During a handover, Vanessa and Eddie are now having a discussion about her Insta account. Eddie mentions making money and not having enough pictures up. She said her daughters told her to take down one of the pictures she posted last week due to cleavage.

I listened back, I thought perhaps Vanessa Feltz was talking about advertising a coat, so I wondered what W9 had to do with it. However, it turns out that she was talking about going to a restaurant last night in W9, and sitting outside as they kept it warm enough for her to take her coat off. She said the place had a view of the canal but wouldn't mention the name as it is the BBC.

I doubt she has been told about not promting her socials, as you said @Mustard shortly afterwards she used Eddie's intro to bring up the topic of her Insta; he then mentioned that she can make money from it and I think he was having a go. She deftly ignored that comment and distracted by playing up her taking the picture down due to cleavage.

In fact the ASA should be taking her posts down to the the covert, non-compliant advertising,

I listened back too. Eddie definitely was having a go. I misheard earlier. She said she couldn’t mention the restaurant in W9 as I’m not advertising cuz it’s the BBC but then she tagged the Wolseley as I said earlier. For an intelligent woman, it’s strange that she doesn’t understand that by directing people to Insta she is advertising.

I do wonder if any at BBC read these threads, colleagues, editors, big bosses. I don't believe that Tattle is as well known as Digital Spy; many might think Tattle is concerned only with infulencers, but it would surely give an interesting insight to listeners' thoughts. If I were Tim Davie I'd make sure forums such as these were monitored.
