Yeah. The threads took a bit of a turn since it was announced who it was. My comfort tattlers (who I won’t name but they are ones who I have either acknowledged as agreeing with or those from the Nicola Bulley thread, weirdly) have gone a bit quiet because they are probably feeling the same as me. And I feel a bit angry/frustrated at the direction the threads have gone.

Not that I only want to acknowledge those I agree with, but I do feel quite strongly about mental health and some of the content in this thread and the one before have made me quite uncomfortable.

In the eyes of the law, anyone sending/ receiving messages/images of a sexual nature IS a child. Yes, they are over the age of consent to do the deed, but legally they are sending porn and being involved in that under 18 is illegal. And 18 is the age to be an adult. It’s a slight grey area. But not only that, if you are above the age of say 19, what do you want with a kid that can’t buy fags, can’t go to the pub, can’t get married and can’t technically leave education. It might be legal to screw them but if you can’t even go and see certain films together or go to the pub then it’s a bit off.

I feel the most for his wife in all this poor Huw. If this is how she has found out and she’s had to do the poor Huw things, it’s pretty poor on the bbc to safeguard her, if this is how she’s found out her marriage is a scam. If the young person is indeed male and Huw was exploring his sexuality, then at least be bleeping honest enough to be single and do it. It’s even more shady she’s having to pick the pieces up and defend him. Piss poor of the BBC not to be taking over this tbh.
 
Playing catch up so sorry if already talked about.

Kevin Sullivan has just said tonight, he heard rumours about Huw years ago of this nature, but as he kind of knew him as a nice guy he just fobbed it off as a rumour....but he also thinks there is more to come

Another channel had a guy on sorry can't remember his name, he claims these allegations go all the way back to 2018.

These reports were all aired after Huw wife's press release and the police report .


Also when did the police investigation start?
When did they start to look into these allegations, as it seems very quick to have looked into all the allegations and come to a conclusion so fast (as I thought they only took it seriously yesterday ) must be the fastest and best job the police have done for years.

I pointed this out before- different case and got torn to pieces for it. Not worth opening my mouth this time lol
